Thats a damn good question haha hopefully soon and as far as the group classes I'm gonna start looking into it. I've had a few people already inquire about it. Thank you!!
I love it! I really dig Pumpkin Guy. What I like about it, is you can not only use it as a decoration but also as a puppet as well. I definitely want to see more of these tutorials and the airbrush one.
I would love to see a pretty fantasy animal turned scary. Like a unicorn, fairy, elf.... ya know? And since I've found ur page last night I've decided I'm gunna try this myself soon....
Just found your channel, FYI The spray foam can be misted with a spray bottle and the once the foam is not tacky to the touch 3-4 mins the sculpt by hand.
Thank you! The airbrush tutorial is already available. In my monster mud witch video I explain how I make and apply my monster mud. Both videos are very informative so definitely check them out! Thanks for watching!
I don’t know if anyone has commented this or not! But you could also have done one of those like pumpkins with warts all over it that they now sell a lot of! Haha wouldn’t even need to shave down the great stuff!! I would love a video about the air brush machine, if you haven’t made it already! I only do small projects. So I have never invested in one yet! But if I choose to someday, a tutorial on it would be great!!
That is a great idea with the warts! Love the creativity! My airbrush tutorial is already up and it's super informative so check it out. Honestly I just started these last couple years using an airbrush and it's been a game changer. Thanks so much for watching!!
I don't use monster mud, but most of the things you do with it translate well to paper mache. Monster mud is probably what most people use for outside. Pumpkin guy looks great. Lots of attitude with that pose. He needs a couple of buddies to help guard the door. Your going over your color choices is informative. I never know which colors to layer to get the finished look I want. An airbrush tutorial would be helpful. Thanks.
Thank you as always brotha. I haven't used paper mache in years that would be cool to get back into. What have you made with it? Yeah this is definitely a project that would do well with making a couple of these dudes. Right on I'll make sure to get you guys a video on airbrushing. Thanks for the feedback man?
@@CarvalhoCreations I'm still getting started with it. A few jack-o-lanterns, candy bowls and books. I want to do a jack hot air balloon, a few scroll ideas and some heads based on the ones you did but tree ornament size. I would also like to do some standing figures like the one in this video.
Wow you are an amazing artist. Very creepy and cool. Such a great idea to repurpose the old cauldron. I bet everyone in your neighborhood loves your house around Halloween. Awesome job.
He turned out awesome. I love him. The video quality is excellent and the pacing is well done where I did not have to skip ahead. :) I would love to see your airbrush 101 video. Thank you, great project,
Thank you very much I appreciate the feedback it really helps us to bring you guys better videos. The airbrush video will be coming out soon. Thanks for watching!!
Just found your channel and love your stuff. One suggestion... invest in a Great Stuff gun! Costa around $55 and the cans are more expensive, but you get more foam out of them, letting you use every drop, plus more accurate and easy to clean! My biggest plus is you can use half a can, set it aside, then use the rest later without issue. Youll thank me; saves a ton in the long run!
Right on brotha well its nice to meet a fellow creator! Thank you. I do my best to simplify the props so they may seem a little less intimidating. Thanks for the sub and welcome!!
Right on have fun with it and let me know how it goes! Quick tip make sure your pumpkin is as balanced as possible and prop him up as the monster mud dries to help with the overall strength of the character.
Thank you for sharing your process and explaining the details! I know it's a big ask but... I'd love to see you make the Headless Horseman or an Alien movie creature 😁 Looking forward to more of your videos 😁
Absolutely my pleasure! The headless hoarseman is on my list. I've been wanting to get to him for awhile now but we're in the season. I'll put Alien on the list as well. Thanks so much for watching!

Thank you! Right on, what are you making? I do my best to make projects that anyone can do. This Saturday there will be a new video up. Candy corn monsters! Thanks for watching!
Quick question, did you let the air dry clay completely dry before adding the 2nd coat of monster mud to seal over the clay foam? It seemed like you did it right away after putting on the clay foam features. I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed watching you create this little creepy pumpkin creature. Thank you for sharing your talent and knowledge with us in such a wonderfully done teaching tutorial. I’m hooked! Can’t wait to watch more of your videos.
Yes I let the foam clay dry completely. It took about 24 hours and then I painted on the second coat of monster mud. I'm so happy you enjoyed the video. Thanks so much for watching!
I love the finished product great job. I also love the knobby bumpy texture of the great stuff I would paint and detail it like he had a virus 🦠 toxic pumpkin 🎃
Love your channel its giving me some great ideas to try next. You need to try Loctite spray foam it will save you so much time carving. Spray the lcotite foam on and spray it with water then wait 3 min. After 3 min it creates a crust on the out side but still soft and form-able underneath. If still tacky spray some more water and give another min. You can really shape it so well it almost to the point you dont need to carve. This was a game changer for me. It might even save you from so much monster mud. When my friends see my 4' tall Audrey II man eating plants they cant believe it was made from spray foam.
Right on thank you so much 🙏 I love when people try out my projects. Please send me some images through Instagram or email @Carvalhocreations@gmail.com. make sure and add a clear coat to your finished piece to protect the foam. Thanks so much for watching!
