    what part of this am I repeating 3x? is it just the final step of hitting the Lungo button? Barely anything comes out so I'm confused as to why the 1 liter cup was necessary

      @@nespresso pressing the Lungo button three times? Three times draining all the water pressing multiple times the Lungo Button? You should be more specific!

    You should be more specific. its 3 times letting a lungo program run through....that still does not explain why a container of AT LEAST 1 liter is necesarry.... also , and this is a biggie: after this process there will be a lot of water coming out the machine after lifting the lever.... at the same time there is a big splash inside the capsule container making it fill with water... i thought my machine is broken when i saw this...but this makes sense (still is a mess and should be mentioned) since there is no capsule that feeds of the extra water inside.... all in all i have not used my machine yet and already within its first month have sent it to repair (with no repairing, just a note that everything is fine) and now get a new one....

    I want to be able to use the machine for hot water for my tea first thing then I drink coffee can I do this

    Do i change the water each time so that fresh water rinse through or using the same from the first time?

      You don't need to change the water each time if used regularly. Should you not use it for a few days, we recommend rinsing the water tank and filling it with fresh potable water.

    I bought this machine but forgot to do it should I do it or is it okay that I use it whitout doing this

      Hello Fatih,
      the steps are relevant so that you can get the coffee. If the machine is working, you do not need to follow these steps.

      Yes it does, after a few minutes. You can manually turn it off my simultaneously pressing the espresso and lungo buttons

    How do I take the water tank off of the machine

      Simply lift the water tank up off the Nespresso CitiZ, Verna. Call Nespresso directly if you need additional assistance.

      Je vous rassure, vous pouvez mettre les sous-titres automatiques en français.
      Ces derniers vous permettront de comprendre aisément chaque étape de la vidéo.
      Il vous suffit de cliquer sur l'option de sous-titrage, puis sur la molette et de régler en "automatique français."

      I have had this model for almost 5 years...works great, never a problem. I prefer Americano, so I do a long pour followed by additional pours of hot water. Very good. ☺️
