1. Turn on the machine (wait until all buttons are solid).
2. To enter descaling mode, press the Hot water + Espresso + Lungo buttons for 5 seconds.
3. Fill the water tank halfway with clean water and add a little descaling liquid.
4. Press the Hot water button to start descaling.
5. After emptying the first 500ml, fill the water tank and press the Hot water button to continue descaling.
6. When finished (water tank is empty), repeat step 5.
7. When finished, the machine will automatically turn off all LEDs and return to normal mode.
Note) If the water tank is empty during descaling, the machine will automatically stop and switch to the next mode.

Guys, if the machine is still blinking that means the SECOND descaling process is not yet finished. Add more water then press the hot water button and once it is done the machine will indeed turn off AUTOMATICALLY. The machine is now ready to use. ENJOY!

My machine stops giving water every few sconds and i need to press the hot water button every time again and again
Press the three buttons of espresso longo water at the same time for 5 seconds. Use both hands. Then all five buttons flicker. That is the descaling mode. Then press the water button.

I have this machine. It has been stuck in descaling mode since Monday. I emptied almost 4 liters of bottled water into it, and it's still in descaling mode.
I tried the two button lungo and espresso combination. It doesn't work. Why do I have to play piano on my capsule machine?
How do I get it out?

Descaling light does not turn off automatically after the second rinse cycle. A very disappointed 10-plus year customer. Time for a change perhaps?

I don't understand if after the first descaling I should stop it manually or it does stop when there is no more water, because last time water was finished but the machine was still descaling

Poorly described and what to do if lamp is still blinking? Why the are not having simple button for descalibg? Pressing 3 buttons and what if machine does not go in descalibg mode?

Such a poorly choreographed video. The overly slow pace of the instructions is full of unnecessary delays and details that get in the way of just getting on with descaling. Also, never even mentioned that the descaling process is not constant. Horrible instructions.

Hey, after I press the 3 button and still blink until infinite. I tried to press lungo and expresso for 5 sec and go in some mode immediately
