I bought Citiz &Milk few weeks ago and i am amazed how easy and consistant my morning coffee is .Good job!
I've had my Breville Citiz & Milk for over a year now and everyday without fail I make a beautiful coffee from it., YUM YUM YUM, I would highly recommend this machine.

Looks cool
Not a bad little machine BUT, coffee is a bit weak if you use larger settings. For the money, expensive and not really worth it.

Pity the water temperature can’t be increased
Milk drinks are too weak unless you use two capsules. Single shots are OK. Nespresso needs to make capsules containing more coffee. That’s my only gripe with these machines.

How do I install the higher metal tray, I emptied the tray and now I’m struggling putting it back lol

Sorry for the post below. I thought I was in a search box. I would like directions on how to make the intenso on ice with the Citiz machine
Hi Arlene, you can make Intenso on Ice by following these steps:
Step 1
Add 3 large ice cubes to your glass
Step 2
Extract 1 capsule of Intenso on Ice coffee on top of the ice
Step 3
Add approximately 3oz of cold water, then stir
Step 4
Enjoy!
