Hi Jayden, for a hot coffee, extract the coffee into your glass first then pour your hot milk on top. If you are making a cold beverage put the cold milk into the glass first then add the coffee on top.
Hi Federico, the low level is to mount the foam, both hot and cold. The high level is to heat and just the milk, without making the foam. To froth milk, keep the button pressed. Good day!

Do you mix the milk in before or after the coffee or does it not matter?

My machine came with the frother spring attached to the mixer bit . Does that spring just pull off. I don’t want to pull it too hard incase I break it
