I did the bath, and I'm so loving this stuff, thank you for a fabulous video showing, I bought the product from Queensland and great service, it's the best stuff, no odor, idiot proof! LOL
Just finished my tub. I did it exactly as described. Great videos. I find that you effectively have 30 minutes of time to work the material. That is sufficient for a novice. I had to do the front after the bottom as my tub is very deep.... I used spray can paint toppers siliconed in the day before to cover the drain and overflow holes.I removed both after 50 minutes and screwed the old drain cover in a bit to avoid the risk of getting the tread covered in epoxy. A novice should set everything up the day before. I delimed the tub, cleaned it, sanded it with 400 grit, cleaned it again and used the German wonder chemical pre treatment 20 minutes before the epoxy. I used 2000 grams of the 2400 grams of base supplied and used a scale to get the ratio exactly right. My mix instructions were 100 base units to. 17.6 hardener units. I do not think I need to use the remainder for any touch up but I have the option.
Ill be damned somebody other than the people who make the stuff finally made a video.. literally every other video on this stuff is made by the people..
