THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I needed THIS video, i.e. that is from a dermatologist, that is promoting ''more natural products'' and not those that are like 300$ (wtf who can afford a cleaner, a toner, an acid and all the others products at these crazy prices every few months?). After 3 days of watching videos almost non stop videos (I am totally new to skincare) I could not find anything but here you are, finally !!! THANK YOU AGAIN !
Love skin hero! Thank you for telling us about it over and over. I'm 63 and it is fading my dark spots & tightening my pores. I even love its light licorace smell!!
I love your channel and your videos and omg your energy! Thank you so so much, I use almost everything that you recommended! I have a few questions for you…There are so many super affordable Korean skincare brands. Have you tried any of those? Do you have any favorite ones? What do you think about this hype? Can you make a video about Korean skincare products? Thank you thank you 😊
You’re the best! This is a marvelous video! I am all about clean beauty and I’m trying this brand immediately! I appreciate when you mention which products are sensitive, rosacea prone skin friendly! Please do more on this brand and other natural lines you like! 🙏
Thanks for such an awesome video! It’s refreshing to see a dermatologist talking about the benefits of natural skincare 🙌🏽 I’ve been eyeing this brand for a while and will definitely try. 😊
I’m sooooo thrilled to find this video/review! I have been searching for years to find a natural skincare line that delivers results. My 3 ships cart is getting full. I can’t wait to slowly incorporate these into my routine. Thanks so much for this!
Love it! I've switched almost my entire skincare routine to Three Ships. Its been 1 year and I love how healthy my skin feels. I've combination skin. Then I use the sunscreen from Naturium which gives a lovely dewy look under makeup.
So glad you did a video on natural products. I’ve been using Three Ships exfoliating mask for a few months and I really like how it performs. Sounds like a good company to support. Thank you for your efforts in producing videos with great information. It’s definitely appreciated 😎
I love Three Ships Vit c Serum ...it's extremely light weight but haven't used it long enough yet to see what all it does . Thank you for showing us these products 🥰😍😍 can I please ask if you noticed for SURE lessening of any fine lines with the bakuchiol serum or the bio retinol cream ? Have any clinical studies or trials been done on these 2 products ? I don't tolerate retinoids and I'm 68 yrs old with minor fine lines and crows feet . Very acne prone so don't know if I can tolerate these or not. Thanks !!😍😍😍😍
I'm constantly bouncing between natural, clean, chemical free and OTC, name brand, sweet smelling products. Love your transparency and detailed info! The older I get the less I want to use products w/lab grown components..make up, skin care, oral care, laundry care etc.
don't be an ignorant chemophobe. Everything is made of chemicals, and synthetics have better quality control and are less likely to cause you irritation and allergic reactions than plant products. "Clean" is a marketing term made up by idiots for idiots.
Three ships is expensive. Please review or inform in store brands such as target upup and Walmart equate for us budget conscientious consumers. $20-50 a product is not exactly budget pricing for a lot of us. Thanks.
I think this is just a sponsored video aka a commercial. It's not for increasing viewer knowledge, definitely not for budgeting purposes. She's been doing a lot brand themed videos lately.
@@keekeejenkins6162 Ive noticed this. Kind of disappointed with this channel at this point. I feel like Im watching infomercials instead of real skincare education.
Great video. I’m excited to try this brand. What retinol would you recommend for somebody in their 40s and do you believe a growth factor theorem is necessary if so, what do you recommend?❤❤
I bought the Dew Drops and Skin Hero after watching this video 🫣 The Dew Drops definitely has a snail mucin type texture, it will be nice in the winter. I use tretinoin at night- would Skin Hero be too much to use underneath it?
I tend to steer away from any products that have citrus extracts and oils because of hyperpigmentation concerns. I realize that the Dew Drops contains sweet orange peel oil. Though I wear a daily SPF 50, could the sweet orange peel here possibly cause hyperpigmentation?
I just found your channel and love it so much. You are so informative! I'm trying desperately to find a simple and affordable anti-aging routine, but there are so many vids and infomercials out there. There's a lot of misleading info on the web. They d/c'd the Vichy vitamin c ampules from your vid 2 yrs ago (boo). So, I'll look up your newer vids this time. Too bad you're not closer! Tyvm for what you do!
I’m 60 years old and I have a question, I had bad acne in high school and of course I picked them, I have terrible surface skin, I’d love to make the pores and scars less visible, what would you suggest with lasers and super expensive products, I heard making a mask of aspirin and manuka honey will help and gently washing with baking soda what are your thoughts?
I love the skin hero bakuchiol so after this i will be ordering the other items by three ships. many derms on youtube insist you must use retin, vit c and growth factors. how do you feel about growth factors?
I love acure and Pacifica skincare to name a few , small batch brands are good too , glass bottles are better for the planet 🎉 natural is always best for me . Just makes sense 🌞 🌲 🌱why spread chemicals on your skin . Keep is safe and simple . People are buying way too many products that they don’t need . A lot of it is being shoved down your throat by social media, influencers, ect… keep it very simple , spend less on skincare . Just my opinion here . It’s what is best for me ;)
@@SueRosalie I’m sorry you don’t agree with me . I don’t spread poop and chemicals , preservatives, phthalates toxins, ect on my skin . Are you a natural human being or a test monkey for companies/brands that are pushing miracles in a bottle for profits !? Same goes with the foods you consume. Pay now or pay later . Just use common sense.
Do you know anything about Aquagenic Puritis? Not urticaria, no hives, just intense pain and itching. It’s crazy, and I feel insane when I say I’m allergic to water 😮
I love your channel and their have.been times when i try your suggestions and you are coreect on the effectiveness of the product. Is Three Ships' Dream a dupe for Avene RetrinAL Ceramide Lipid-Replenishing Balm?
Terrific video. Another natural, affordable, and terrific line is Peaches Skin Care. Lisa, the owner, is here on TH-cam and educates about skincare. She's been an aesthetician for 40 years and created this line a while ago. Check out her line and videos.
Are you familiar with the Nourishing Bundle by Savvi? I think Savvi is an MLM but their product is all plant-based. I don’t expect you to endorse the brand but I wonder if the ingredients are safe.
Please what exfoliant can I use for dry skin?....I don't know what exactly to get since Paula's choice seems to be more beneficial for people with oily to combination skin
You can't change pore size, you can only minimise their appearance. Eye bags are mostly hereditary and the only fix is surgery to remove the underlying fat pads. Some people may benefit from fillers. You would have to see a dermatologist for that.
I have been watching you for a while now and really trust your judgement. I was hoping you might help me as I have some questions I really can't seem to have answered. That would be, I am 61 and my skin needs help. I hate greasy products as I am acne prone, but not badly, and am looking for great skincare products, recommendations from you, including eyecare also. THANK YOU so much!!! Lastly, are you still using Vital Proteins, and do you still recommend them? Again Thanks!! Best Dermatologist on TH-cam!
"The results....on myself....blah blah...I used it once and saw results....". Dear oh dear. Very disappointing to see an internet derm go so hard and fast down that anti-science rabbit hole in order to promote cosmetics for money. The earlier videos from this derm used to be so good. God help us if Dr Dray ever goes down this route.
So you’re going to tout the benefits of “natural beauty”, diminishing the use of botox and fillers, while using highly synthesized lab created actives and wearing makeup? Not sure what’s up with this elitism. “Natural beauty” is HIGHLY subjective.
Your comment makes no sense. What are you on about? Permanent fillers aren't at all comparable to makeup and skincare. You're comparing apples with dinosaurs.
Wonderful! Please give us more clean, green and natural skin care reviews!
Thanks so much for the feature 💙 We appreciate your unfiltered and thorough take on natural skincare! 🌱✨

This isn’t related to this video but I’m curious on your thoughts of face toners? Are they needed? Which are the best of people use them?

Dr Locke, ty for another great video. Your delivery and research are so well done 💯
Thank you so much I love finding gentle skincare
Love it!!!! I’m gonna try the moisturizers!!! ❤️ i have great skin because of you ❤️❤️❤️ can I use the Bakuchiol with the night moisturizer?!

Just received a clay mask & eye patches from 'Three Ships' skincare. How did you hear about them?
The Three Ships Hero can be used during the day?

Happened to me ALL over my face and body when I went white water rafting as a teenager for the first time. I had to ride it out...3 days bed rest ugh😢

I saw your video on LED masks a year ago...what about these LED wants that are cheap and popping up EVERYWHERE. Worth it or a waste?
Is this a Three Ships ad? Because I don’t see ad anywhere in the description.

skin is already self-exfoliating. You don't need additional exfoliants, and for dry skin are just going to risk irritation.
I wish you would make a video with products that can be bought in Europe 🤩
What new for enlarged pores and bags under the eyes ? all natural off course..
You can't change pore size, you can only minimise their appearance. Eye bags are mostly hereditary and the only fix is surgery to remove the underlying fat pads. Some people may benefit from fillers. You would have to see a dermatologist for that.

"greasiness" is not actually what causes blocked pores and/or acne.
It is still summer and thinking it could be a good idea to see a skin care for an after a beach or very sunny outdoors day 😉
Great info thanx for these tips
Is there evidence that natural products are better for the skin?
no, and in fact they are more likely to cause irritation and allergic reactions
It's great that this brand doesn't test on animals or has animal ingredients because it's cruel.
