The Warhammer Heroes sniper is a great replacement for one of the duplicates from the monopose vanguard kit. Also, the Warhammer Alliance kits that's Scouts get for their model builder badge are snap-off, push-fit kits that don't need tools or glue.
Re stynelrez primer: it’s not temp stable so if it’s clogging it’s been ruined by being too hot or too cold. That’s why shops wont carry it here in Canada cause it doesn’t ship reliably. It really was the best primer for ab or brush on. Such a pity.
Yeah I’d heard that now you mention it, and being in the UK expecting at some point it’s been in a Cold warehouse. This is probably the problem here too
Warhammer Heroes S4 (Primaris) box came out from a major retailer (Target) exclusive a few months ago. It became half the price of what it sold for on eBay so I’m glad I waited. My wife surprised me with it so I let her randomly choose the next marine to paint and I’ve loved painting one at a time. My backlog is long enough to not buy another GW miniature for decades, but I’ll make an exception for more Warhammer Heroes seasons.
Thanks guy's another banger. If you enjoy building Gundam's but don't Know a game to play with them you could try Gamma Wolves From Ash or my Game Mecha Combat.X.
It always pleases me to see people from other modelling hobbies being blown away by gunpla! I understand that this isn't the same thing as Warhammer in terms of what you can do with a model (play) but from the building perspective this is an ultimate experience. And you can build them, kitbash and paint them however you feel. Fun stuff and good starting point for beginners. But Jesus Christ starting with the Master Grade EX is a bold move ngl😂 Thank you for your content! Hello from Ukraine and happy building guys. Cheers!
@@FauxHammer yeah I killed my first airbrush too. I think it's a right of passage to destroy your first one. I wrecked the seal and bent the needle. I was more carful after that.😄 I do use a single stage for more agressive paints, maybe that matters but I don't think so.
Did you guys get a chance to check out HOBGOBLIN: Brutal Fantasy Battles? It won best miniatures rules this year at UKGE (both Judge’s and People’s Choice)!
1:31:42 Betrayal At House On The Hill is a great game though got to admit I hated it the first time I played it. There's a Legacy version too which you play as a campaign - adding, altering and destroying items, cards and rooms depending on what happens in the game and affecting the next game.
Gw and bandai already did space marines together, i got a few, but they where prebuild kits. I wish they do a space marine kit on sprues we could build and paint our self
I've never been to an expo before, but listening to you three discuss your experience makes really want to go to one. Also, Ork project...? [ WOULD YOU LIKE TO KNOW MORE?] "click"
They certainly do, getting into Gunpla reinvigorated my warhammer love and return to the hobby. You haven't experienced making model perfection until you make the RG Hi-v (Hi Nu) Gundam. Mechanical perfection that would make the Adeptus Mechanicum wriggle in jealousy.
They needn't be represent themselves. The expo stand fees, logistical deployment, staffing and hours, insurance, cash/card machine security, accommodation, packing up... They'll be spending a lot of money before any sales come in and level the cost. The case for exposure, it's generated via their marketing strategy. And you guys talking about it after the event.
that will work this year sure, but next year we won't talk about them because it's old news that they weren't there. Whilst they weren't there. thousands of people were playing competing games. More than anything, I just missed them
If that were true why would they host warhammer fest every year? This year they've taken it to Germany and not doing anything in the uk. That coasts a ton more than uk games expo. Personally I think they're struggling to do all these events worldwide and have decided to drop the uk seeing as there's already a strong fan base here, and they're doubling up with hitting the US hard with events because they see dollar signs there and hitting other parts of Europe to try growing even more.
We all know that Games Workshop weren't at UKGE because they got into a fight in the car park.
Also was really nice to meet you and say hi!
Hey! It's Jamie from Modiphius stand! :D The game is Cohors Cthulhu: Tactics. Thank you for all the nice words!
Sorry we forgot the name of your handsome looking game.
Hiya! Still love those models.. excited for STL’s
Thank you for the compliments on the fallout cosplay gents it was lovely to meet you 😊
Mate it was incredible!!!
A really fun discussion. I love seeing you guys' hobby hauls.
Get in! The mug and the sticker made an appearance
I got you bro!

That's worth knowing, thanks - it was the one I swore by for ages but it's become harder to get hold of in the UK lately

@@GeoffSavory-ve1od I did. But I’ll watch it again
Hey guys when will you be uploading this to Spotify? Thanks 😊
i just nudged pat to do it... it will be up soon.
Nicely going lads.
Thanks!
Patric I airbrush oils too. I thin them with medium and spirits and use them as a filter. You have to clean after no exceptions.
I’ve killed an infinity this way! By big cleaning

I didn't I was there for 3 days and maybe saw half of the show!
Gutted that Pat couldn't even remember meeting me on Saturday at UKGE! :)
you do look like Nick though.
HAHAHAH! We need to see this Nick! they may be the same person. afterall I've never seen them in the same room together.
People thought I was also you Ross - I told them that you are my younger, sportier version !
Hahah, I think we should have had me, you and Steve @LPP_YT as 3 generations!
Honestly nice to see GW not at expo. Everyone knows them. I would rather see new and exciting things.
Tamiya transparent paint is really good. Just make sure to use the Tamiya thinner.

Yeah as soon as we got to Warhammer world I was like. Oh yeah! They did this!
The Painting Phase's paint would be varnish. Keep up the great content fellas.
Are you still looking for a painting host or not anymore?
We were at one time looking for an editor but we haven’t advertised for a painting host, sorry.
ah I still remember when I went to Warhammer world and saw the prices... before mooving from Denmark to the US... outch ^^
I was on the phone to a guy from Australia. He was telling me about Gw prices. I almost cried
@@FauxHammer oh yeah I watch table top time and they comment enough and how hard Australia is paying for plastic crack
You should all be named Bruce, just to keep things straight. And remember, no abusing the Abos (whilst anyone’s watching).
Orange you say, all the cool kids use orange for their branding 😎
it is known!

Atelier = French word for "workshop" - pronounced [ah-tell-ee-ay]. 👍
Warhammer and Gundam/Gunpla go hand in hand. So many people, including myself, love both hobbies.
I've gotten into it hard! I have MG Providence on the go with RG Eva Unit 01 next
@@FauxHammer Awesome. I have quite the backlog. So many hobbies. Warhammmer/Mini painting, Gunpla, and Lego. Its so hard to pick what to do. lol

We need a Warhammer Gundam Lego

GW wasn't there bc they're not a games company, they're a MINIATURES company!

They parted ways awhile ago.
