Play like a smurf. Take fight, lose and understand why. That’s the whole process. If you feel that your aim is holding you back then just do a week where you do dm only, no game, just aim. Even better with an aim routine like woohoojin’s.

I watched ur viedos, and i started noticing things that was holding me back, it improved my mental, i was asc2 with asc3 peek, i dropped to 0rr, i watched ur videos, tried to take the tips seriuously, and i hit immortal1 today! i saw big improvement in my gameplay, thanks a lot i hope ill see more ur videos!

Good video overall. On the point of challenging yourself, smurf won't do that, people often say how smurfs will help you get better, they generally don't. If you make a good play, but the smurf one taps you, you may think that that play isn't good, and your team might trash talk you for it, which hurts your mental even more. Playing against better players to a certain extent is good, but not against immo/radiant players if ur low elo.
I totally agree! I get the intentions when they say "watch how the smurf plays" but smurfs aren't making good plays, or really using their brain, they're just aim diffing. It'd probably be better to watch high ranked streamers, or youtube videos with those notes on what they do.

I don't get salty when someone plays much better than me, cause I haven't been playing that much, I know how far my abilities can go, and I'm not getting mad at someone simply for playing more than me and just having more knowledge. However, what actually gets me salty is when someone clearly does not, and in fact is worse than me, but somehow the game just wants the to win? Like one tapping you, a total headshot, while running and spraying with a vandal just after jumping type shit, and they do it every round ??? I just know I'm not the only one lol.

yeah, i also main duelists and everyone seems to blame duelist mains, but even if we do our roles what good are we if the other 4 teammates on our team won't cooperate with us lol
the argument of if theres a smurf learn from them is hollow lmao, you learn absolutely nothing from it if the skill gaps high enough, they don't rely on any flashy plays and typically its just a case of they take 1v1s consistently and it's not even close, even in high elo you can run into pros, saying learn from them when they're just running it down like demon1 or tenz and its just a mechanics diff, the skill ceiling between people with 1000 hours and 200 can't just be jumped by watching them cause you don't know what you're even looking at or for at your respective level
Imo, you should do an aim labs playlist of your choice once or twice, and then play a few death matches or some range, you want to do both so you are used to the actual game as well as practicing your aim.

Ranked wise, people playing to grow vs playing to win. Winning should be a byproduct of your growth as a player.

Also, learning to grip lighter instead of tensing up and strangling your mouse. Aim is smoother and more precise.
