Mayra, did you know if you mix all the wet ingredients together then add the dry it’s much easier to blend everything together. This looks delicious,I’m going to have to try this one.

So I tried this recipe. Taste-wise, not bad. The syrup is needed or else it's a dry cake. Regarding the "optional" milk addition "if" the mix is too dry. Gurl, the mix IS and WILL be dry. The only non-dry ingredient is one egg against the flour, sugar, vanilla extract (powder for me), and cocoa powder. I added an additional 3 tbsps of milk on top of the 3 to make it a batter suggested ones!

Tell me how you got 70 calories…when I calculated it comes to over 200 calories each of the 4 servings. I did add in the 2 tablespoons avocado oil you left out of the recipe. But still…how do you get your calories?
I agree I think that she doesn't know what she's talking about she's got all these eggs that she throws in with the recipes and that right there is fat. And eggs is more than 70 calories because of the yolks
Allulose is a real sugar that occurs naturally. It is NOT a sugar alcohol. Very, very important to know the difference in natural sugars, sugar alcohol and artificial sweetener s!!

I’m going to try this but without the allulose or any sweetener. Allulose is banned in Canada, and it might affect your kidneys in the long run. And most synthetic allulose is made from corn 😮
