    Nicole! Your workouts are INCREDIBLE! I danced both modern and ballet for 10 years and started doing reformer Pilates when I was 10 with an amazing instructor. With my active background, I always found it difficult to find Pilates workouts that not only were challenging but also included the breath work involved with each movement. That all changed when I discovered your channel! Seriously, thank you oh so much for your consistency and willingness to continue to offer these incredible workouts for free. They are an immense blessing as someone who is in the midst of post partum recovery. Your workouts are the only thing I feel like I’m motivated to do as a new mom because they’re so refreshing and calming. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU. 😊

    Hi Nicole, thank you so much for your videos. I’m been following them since 2021 and they’ve changed the way I view movement. I feel less rushed when exercising, and now focus on form and engagement. However, I think the best part about your videos is your compassion and gentleness. I sense your genuine love for Pilates and yoga as an instructor, and it’s reflected in the community that has been built as well.     I’ve been doing your classes for the past 1,5 years, I love all of them but I have to say - this one is my new favourite! The exercises were so nicely linked, it was all so fluent, went by in a whim and left me feeling amazing! X

      @@Emi-km9tc I have not been doing pilates very consistently because I haven’t really developed an exercise routine, but I have read from others that it can definitely give you results. I rarely workout but when I do I always come back to Nicole’s pilates classes. They have helped me a lot mentally and if I start doing it consistently I’m sure it will also pay off physically. This was an intermediate workout but I was able to do most of the exercises and it felt great! Usually, I follow her beginner pilates workouts that are around 20 minutes. I suggest trying those out before doing this intermediate one!

    I have been doing your Pilates classes for over a year now. This introduced me to the whole practice and find I can do these consistently throughout the week.     Thanks again Nicole ❤. I’m 54 perimenopausal and starting to feel my age. I’ve always been active but my body doesn’t respond well to the heavy cardio workouts I used to do. I love being active so your videos have been a gift to me. I feel healthy and strong now that I’ve added you and reduced my spin workouts. I still love them so I’m just doing a lot less yet feel just as healthy. Thank you

    Normally, I don't repeat the same exercises class as I like to change everytime when I exercise with Nicole. But this class I absolutely love it and I am planning to repeat it few times. I feel that all my muscles were exercising today. Thank you a lot 💕 all your classes are great!

    wooow! I loved the combination of these exercises. honestly, i'm not a glutes-person but to my surprise the standing-resistence-band-variant was exactly what I needed. and the most important thing is that it got my digestion going. those full body pilates workouts are my cure to everything.

    Hello dear Nicole ! I bought a set of 4 bands since the last video where you were using it, but unfortunately I'm on vacation in Iceland this week, so I did your class without band ! I was in.my hotel room when I saw your new video, so I've pushed table and chairs to have enough place to do the class. I was so happy to have this workout with you ! It was a bit difficult because my glutes were already painful before beginning the class😊... so tomorrow I will have one of your videos of stretching 🤗
