Hate to rain on the parade, but RealTruck is not good to deal with . As long as nothing goes wrong they are great but their customer service is dismal . I agree the Revolver cover is the way to go - got one on my F150 and love it!
Thanks for the video. The tailgate step is not flat with the rest of the tailgate, so that makes sealing difficult, I think. Make sure the rails are torqued just right to make them flat on top. BAK has about a 1/8" thick seal attached to the rail T to fit it to the top of the bed properly to keep it flat. Check around, some dealers have this for well under $1K, which makes it reasonable.
You make a big deal about your "tip" of getting the rollup strap vertical and you're NOT doing it per the video. If you watch the video it is supposed to be placed next to the rail clamp not down the rail that you were concerned about. Agree with other post " boy to talk a lot".

So how is it holding up and does water get in?
Holding up great. If water does get in I never see it. The combination of this cover and the bed rug keeps everything dry
