As far as reed valves, what one are you running on this bike and for a bike where max power isn’t needed what do you recommend?

Where can you get the correct throttle cable for this? Every one i buy is for the old carburettor and its not the same sizing at the end.

I have bought one of these carbs it had developed a crack where the carb mounts to the intake after a few months of riding the carb completely broke off the intake. I think It was because it was a knockoff carburetor and was built very poorly
I’m having a problem with my after market carburetors snapping on me when I ride.I already went through 3 of them.I didn’t wanna put the stock one back on.do you know what else I can do
you may have to much vibrations on the engine, check the flywheel, clutch make sure they are in good shape
Have broke 3 carburetors with my pocket bike with Kit bigbore i dont know why but i have try to fix it with the epoxy mastic and after 24house is broken againt... runnig 2 min with this

I bought a whole upgraded engine from eBay but the 15mm upgraded carb won't fit because of the rear swing arm on my son's mini quad, is there any way around this? I know it's probably a long shot but i thought I'd ask 😁.
Did you get the upgraded carb to fit? Could you use the original manifold to reduce the overall length, so it dosent hit the swingarm? Im thinking of doing the same to my sons quad. If you succeeded did it improve the power at all? Cheers

Look at different intake manifolds
Does it give more power at all? My sons quad needs more power down low, any mod suggestions ?
if is it 49cc 2 stroke then go for big bore kit

My pocket bike that came with the "upgraded carburetor" is running way to rich and I don't think there's any way to adjust it. The only adjustment is the idle speed. I recommend using the "stock carburetor."
The stock carb is no better if it's running rich move the c clip on the fuel needle or put a different jet in the carb that's what I'm about to start doing is messing with my jetting so I can find the correct size
@@tyladube801 Or you could make a simple custom intake manifold/reed cage that will adapt a HDA style carburetor with mixture screws, no fucking around with jets.

I installed the big bore kit and I start the engine is reving to hi the idel Needle does not do any different what is your suggestion of solving this problem
best is to record the issue and post it so we can have a look
check the idle speed screw, also check the throttle line, make sure you have little bit loose at the twist throttle, if not then adjust throttle line at both ends bu turning screws in till you get loose at the twist throttle

Late but its m4 and special looking so they are Hard to find
