Beer Battered Fish & Onion Rings RESULTS! (Costco Batter Mix)

I made these fried fish and crispy onion rings using a 2.4kg fish batter mix from Costco. The brand name is called Sea Pebbles and they turned out much better than I thought. However, please note the cooking instructions on the jar is wrong and I will explain more in the video.
I got this on special for about AUD$11 and the batter comes premixed with herbs, spices, salt and pepper. So, all you have to do is add beer or soda water and voila!
Here are the exact measurements I used:
3 cups of batter
550ml beer (330ml + 250ml)
Canola Oil for frying
