On our surf trips when I was a young fella, we subsisted on a diet of corned beef and baked beans. We didn’t have a portable stove, and it was usually raining, so we would just eat straight out of the can. No washing up either! Just wipe your spoon on your mate’s sleeping bag. Islanders from the Pacific introduced me to a dish which is simply a good amount of fried onions, then stir in and cook an adequate amount of tinned corned beef making sure to get a bit of browning on it. Then add an appropriate amount of cooked rice as the carbohydrate instead of the potatoes used in hash and stir it through. It’s so simple and delicious plus all of the ingredients store incredibly well without refrigeration so no wonder it’s popular in these remote places. I love to cook it when I’m camping and your dish shows me some ways I could pimp it up with some other long life ingredients. It won’t win any Michelin stars particularly for presentation but a tasty, satisfying hot meal like this is just the ticket after a long day in the great outdoors. 😋😋👍👍
Memories of camping meals. Just chopped up the spuds, onions and corned beef and threw it into a pressure cooker over the Camping Gaz with a bit of water. Manna from heaven. Couldn't be done in a frying pan because it was always raining - the cooker lid kept it dry.
My Grandparents were all born in the late1890s, Dad & Mum grew up eating c.b hash. Dad's Mum made it like yours, but Mum's fam fried cabbage in the mix, which is how I grew up, with butter and vinegar over the top. Either way, it's some of the best food the good Lord created. American, here... Okay, I have to confess to a guilty, lazy pleasure of eating canned corned beef hash, fried until somewhat crispy, then topped with fried eggs. It's always been satisfying enough -- and ridiculously simple -- so I never bothered making the hash from scratch. I just might have to get some corned beef and Colman's English mustard and give this a try. Rik, I hope that you have trashed that scratched Teflon pan. That's not good for you. Most, if not all, of those non-stick coatings are health hazards -- and using metal utensils on them makes things worse by loosening them up more quickly. Be safe.). As always, thanks for sharing.

My favorite here in the States!!! I fry the spuds first with small tablespoon of oils for a few minutes stir fry then add the Bully Beef till the spuds get done then add the onions. Less complicated, all crispy and done. Classic road trip meal when driving a couple hundreds of miles a day..

I don't eat eggs on their own, so I sprinkled the hash with cheese before baking and I served it with baked beans on the side. The best meal I've cooked this week. Thanks for the inspiration.😊👍
We add a few par boiled brussels to the onion and potatoes (gives it a bit of a bubble and squeak twist). The potato cubes we pre cook in the air fryer to crisp up a little bit before adding to the frying pan.
Had this for every breakfast on a two week cruise earlier this year. It really was tasty, fabulous with a fried egg. I shall make this for the grandkids next week.
I like to seer the corned beef a bit first to get some crispy edges. I do it after slicing into 3 main flats like you did. Then slice into fingers and dice. Of course you get some crispiness from the oven step. Worcestershire a must. Love it.
Yuk, dried pigs blood! I used to love black pudding as a child, but when I grew up & learned what it's made of I've never eaten it since! (Sometimes ignorance is bliss ☺️).
Cheers mate, I make a very similar dish called “Pytt i Panna”. A traditional Swedish dish using left over meats and potatoes.😊 Usually served with some tinned beetroot on the side and a fried egg on top.
My husband used to make this dish with a small varient which he learnt while travelling abroad with the merchant navy,he used to beat an egg for each person who would be eating and mix it in the corned beef mixture and cook it all together with curry powder. It was very tasty and filling,as you say, great comfort food.!
My dad made the best corned beef hash. Corned beef, creamy mashed potatoes with lots of butter and white pepper, a few spring onions finely diced, all mashed together , covered in cheddar and baked in the oven until the cheese was bubbling and starting to turn brown. Eaten with loads of Branston Pickle. Bloody lovely.
Was wondering what to have for my meal when I get home from work just remembered about the cornbeef at home of course turn it into a hash with onions mix mash potatoes with also tomatoes stick it in oven until crispy then enjoy with some tomato sauce and delicious buttered bread especially when the butter melts over the hash absolutely delicious always the simple things in life are always the best 👌
More brilliant traditional food. We were brought up with corned beef, hash, fritters, even in stew. But a chunky hash is hard to beat. Also, the recent fashion for "low fat" corned beef is a no-go zone too! The fat and jelly in the tin are full of flavour.
I am an American. I understand the premise of canned tin...looks like our cans of spam. I realize the need for less expensive products rather than regular corned beef brisket. Quite expensive and a lot of folks can't afford it. A brilliant way to make it less expensive with some fresh food added. You are a lovely man with an excellent personal appeal that helps people learn how to manage a food budget for families and singles. Thank you for the recipe.
Ive just made this using your recipe, with a twist! I cooked it in my airfryer & rice cooker. (I dont have an oven) I put it on a bed of steamed cabbage n leeks ( ive got a 14 yr old, he needs his greens!) With 2 hard boiled eggs in between. It was divine!! I loved it, he loved it n now we're havin corned beef Tuesdays. Thank you 🙏
Comfort food for sure. My mum used to make an amazing corned beef hash pie. Hot or cold. HP sauce lovely. Quick Google shows it probably originated in Ireland and then the English adopted/modified in the 17th century. It was a cheap meal in the north east where I grew up.
Nicking ones finger with the knife adds a rustic flavor and excitement into the preparation! For more flavor and excitement, add bits of finger in the mix!
Rik, next time you make a hash try adding some crumbled up black pudding to the mix before frying the whole thing. I would use two of the small Bury puddings to the quantity of your ingredients, by preference I would use the puddings with the smaller chunks of fat.
I quite often do this (without the onions or seasoning) with mashed potato and then put it to a dish like you and put cheese on the top and grill it. May sound horrible but it is a really easy quick meal to make. Especially when cooking for 5 people 🙂
I'm steadily working my way through your vids Rik! This is one of my favourite dishes of all time. Love tinned corned beef and hash with a couple of eggs on it is luxury. Corned beef is a cupboard stand by to look forward to, not settle for. Takes spice so well. Like you trying not to eat it out of the tin is the problem, I compromise - I take a half inch slice off the top and bottom that has the extra fat and settle for that. Lived and worked in the american south and a mexican friend used to make me my favourite food - Tomales - for me most weeks When we were set to come back to the uk she took me on one side and showed me how to fake an authentic filling for them with tinned corned beef! It's not a patch on her real ones but man are they a tasty centre for my "Cheating Englishman's Green Chillie Tomales!" Now my question, over there I also discovered the Reuben sandwich, Corned beef, plain brined sauerkraut and "russian dressing" on thick dark rye bread I'm wondering if in your long and varied career if you've ever corned your own beef? If you have then that would be my personal suggestion for a vid - unless you've made tomales!! 😆 Thick sliced corned beef, is so good, and a totally different animal to tinned, that's like pork and spam heh
I've had a go at that home made corned beef thing mate. I'm about 6 miles from the centre of Manchester, and there's a couple of restaurants that make corned beef hash (Topped with crispy streaky bacon and a poached egg), and much to my shame, I've never got round to trying it. However, I did get hold of their recipe for corned beef (Or corned dog as it is often called in these parts). This is the one I have made a couple of times, and, for me at least, is amazing. I wouldn't say it's any better than the tinned stuff (I love that), but it certainly isn't worse either. Just a little different. Thanks for the reminder, I need to get some nice brisket and do it again. The corned beef element is the long bit of the recipe for the hash. Well worth the time and effort, and not difficult at all.
You saved me! I had a favorite corn beef hash I was regularly buying from an online gourmet bacon site. However, They change the recipe without mentioning it so in my last purchase, I ended up with a stockpile of very low quality awful tasting stuff that I had resigned myself to having to take as a loss and toss out.💸 But I tried your recipe here and it salvaged this unfortunate purchase, transforming it into an absolutely delicious meal. thank you… Thank you…Thank you! 🎉🎉
My mom made hash a lot when I was a kid, but it was very simple...just beef and spuds. As an adult, I always have embellished it, using an onion and some pepper. But yours sounds great...with adding garlic. I have a preference for red potatoes...a bit less starchy, and well.....I just like the red color of the skin.
In many of the US Family Restaurants, Corned Beef Hash is served in a small, cast iron griddle or pan (similar size to a plate) with the egg(s) on top, still sizzling (on top of a heat resistant pad to protect the table) when it is served to you at the table. The mix is dryer, as the cooks omit the beef gravy. They just fry the hashbrown potatoes crispy together with onions and green peppers mixed with the corned beef. Favorite weekend breakfast. Yummy!
Theres a condiment very similar to lea n perrins Worcester sauce I recently found called Hendersons relish. Its been out since the 1800's too but id never heard of it before. There are no anchovies used and it has a slight garlic taste but I love it too😋😁
‘Hendon’s’ is made in Sheffield and is wonderful in place of Lea & Perrins. I prefer Henderson’s to L&P… but maybe that’s cos people from Sheffield never use anything else 😆
Thank you for this Rick. Growing up, we put in tomatoes but the mixture becomes watery. Now I will try it your way, including baking to crisp it up a bit. Perfect combination with the fried egg. Really yum. Love this!
Back in the day, they use to say that Cornbeef was really horsemeat in a can. Who knows. But I love it with onions, a bit of spice then mixed with rice.
High I will try your recipe thank you. I use up my veg from fridge carrots turnip cauliflower potatoes. I put HP fruity sauce over eat with bread butter
Wow! I love corned beef hash but I've never seen it done with Worcester and beef broth in there and that looks amazing!!! Making it this way from now on❤ Thanks Rik!
One of my favorite quick and easy comfort meals❣Instead of finishing with "brown sauce," I use my favorite American, "Thick and Hearty A-1 Sauce...With buttered toast! 😋
Looks great and brings back memories. I have not had this for years as my mum made it. She used to make a Lancashire Hotpot with a tin of corned beef too. I'd best give a go myself. Thanks all the best.
Everyone has their own interpretation of corned beef hash.,Every time I’ve eaten other people’s version it’s different. My ex husband refused to eat it, if it wasn’t made with mash. 🙄 Mine had cubes of potato because that’s now Granny did it! . I think it’s the comfort food from childhood memory so it’s important to people how it’s made .This is Rick’s unique version.
Made this yesterday for tea and it was delicious, Usually make it with beans, sliced corned beef, mash and cheese (my wife calls it cowboy pie) but this was far tastier, thanks.
Yeap one of my favourites, which can also be made with a tin of strewed steak from a tin most have at least 75% beef content, about the same price as corned beef or a little cheaper.
My grandmother used to cook extra roast beef. Next day she's getting it with that old Crank grinder, onions and potatoes. Then she's fry it! Oh my gosh! She was a good old ranchers wife and could she ever cook!
I used to make this with canned corned beef but now, cook a fresh corned beef brisket in the instant pot and (1/2hr adding Guinness as the liquid - later use some of the liquid to cook the hash) make my hash from that. It’s nice to add some diced red peppers for Color. Use frozen hash browns to really make this easy. Delicious!
I disliked corned beef as a child only because I was taught to not try it. When I boldly tried it, I loved it and have been in search of the perfect restaurant/ deli corned beef sandwich ever since.
@@BackyardChef Your corned beef hash looked wonderfully delicious RiK!!!! Thank you so much for your recipe. You are delightful to watch!!! God bless you!!!
Did you know there are two versions of corned beef hash..your way is the northern way with gravy I’m a southerner and we like it dry and crispy. I live in Spain now and still make it , I make dips in the hash and drop my eggs in the dips cover with lids till eggs are cooked one pot wonder…
It is important for me to note that many Americans have not evolved as the Brits have finding a work around word for Worcestershire. We all just stumble over it like fools. It is used in nearly every household.
Its not even a work around, or a contraction, Worcester is a city in Worcestershire where Lea & Perrins is based. Worcester in Massachusetts is also pronounced exactly as we pronounce it. Wusta. Add a sheer or a shuh sound at the end, never 'shyer'. 3 syllables in all. WU-STA-SHUH
I know this is an oldish video but I made this tonight I cooked my diced potatoes in my pressure cooker for 5 mins in a beef stock (stock cube & water) then after draining the potatoes I did the rest I forgot the mustard but i added a good slug of Worcestershire sauce transferred it to my oven dish to crisp up the top I added some cheddar cheese on top and it was so tasty will deffo be making it again soon thank you for a great tasty recipe 😊
It's so funny seeing you do this. My Mum used to just boil potatoes and then mash a tin of corned beef and that was it. Peas and carrots on the side 😋😋😋. And that was it. Heaven on a plate 😊. I must give this a go 😋.
Isn’t it weird how you can never fully replicate the taste of when your mum or dad used to make meals like corn beef hash when you were a kid, it’s still delicious when I make it for myself and my family but never tastes quite the same as I remember when I was a kid.
Looks great, the only modifications I would do is to grill it rather than oven it (cheaper and quicker) and use a wok so as to avoid spillage, but I will try this for sure thank you.
I am German and have to admit, this is a fantastic meal. Thank you and I am getting the ingredients ready. Cheers to you.

Cheers mate, I make a very similar dish called “Pytt i Panna”. A traditional Swedish dish using left over meats and potatoes.😊 Usually served with some tinned beetroot on the side and a fried egg on top.
Sounds awesome! Thank you. Best, Rik
My husband used to make this dish with a small varient which he learnt while travelling abroad with the merchant navy,he used to beat an egg for each person who would be eating and mix it in the corned beef mixture and cook it all together with curry powder. It was very tasty and filling,as you say, great comfort food.!
Thank you. Best, Rik
Hi Rik, I did think that it was too wet before you put it in the oven. The end result looked perfect. Thank you. , Ken in Kent.
I will leave that to choice. It dries in the oven. The problem is if too dry it will be dry coming out. Best, Rik
Heaven! Thank you. Best, Rik
😊I wish they would give you TV time to teach mom's and dad's how to feed a family' instead of boxes of frozen food that they buy now
Thank you. Best, Rik
Mum's and dads
Completely agree I'm trying this one tonight 😊
Was wondering what to have for my meal when I get home from work just remembered about the cornbeef at home of course turn it into a hash with onions mix mash potatoes with also tomatoes stick it in oven until crispy then enjoy with some tomato sauce and delicious buttered bread especially when the butter melts over the hash absolutely delicious always the simple things in life are always the best 👌
Lovely! Thank you. Best, Rik
More brilliant traditional food. We were brought up with corned beef, hash, fritters, even in stew. But a chunky hash is hard to beat. Also, the recent fashion for "low fat" corned beef is a no-go zone too! The fat and jelly in the tin are full of flavour.
Thank you. Best, Rik
Thank you. Appreciated. Best, Rik
Corned beef “Stovies” I make this regularly here in Scotland ! Great video Rik
Ive just made this using your recipe, with a twist!
I cooked it in my airfryer & rice cooker. (I dont have an oven)
I put it on a bed of steamed cabbage n leeks ( ive got a 14 yr old, he needs his greens!) With 2 hard boiled eggs in between.
It was divine!! I loved it, he loved it n now we're havin corned beef Tuesdays. Thank you 🙏
Lovely! Thank you. Best, Rik
Perfect simple homesome food lovely I think I'll try to make it.
Thank you. Best, Rik
Comfort food for sure. My mum used to make an amazing corned beef hash pie. Hot or cold. HP sauce lovely. Quick Google shows it probably originated in Ireland and then the English adopted/modified in the 17th century. It was a cheap meal in the north east where I grew up.
Thank you. Best, Rik
Nicking ones finger with the knife adds a rustic flavor and excitement into the preparation! For more flavor and excitement, add bits of finger in the mix!
Tasty! Thank you. Best, Rik
Grew up on this, my mum had carrots, and would add dried onioins also.
Its really nice with a splash of tomatao sauce in
Thank you. Best, Rik
You and John Kirkwood certainly have perfected commonsence cookery. Well done mate 👍👍👍
Thanks 👍I don't know John. Thank you. Best, Rik
@@BackyardChef You should - he's a very very good chef and his commentary is spot on - not too much repetition and very measured....
Looks very appetising. Haven’t had corned beef in a while but will get a tin and try this. Thanks for the recipe.
Thank you 😋 Best, Rik
LOOK AT THAAAT !!!! I much prefer frying in butter - it gives a nice browning to everything which all adds to the flavor of a finished dish.
Thank you. Best, Rik
Recipe could have taken half the time!! Don't need to see all the spuds and onions being chopped. To long winded
I always add garlic to mine but then I like garlic. Crusting the top is a nice touch cheers Rik.
Thank you. Best, Rik
Rik, next time you make a hash try adding some crumbled up black pudding to the mix before frying the whole thing. I would use two of the small Bury puddings to the quantity of your ingredients, by preference I would use the puddings with the smaller chunks of fat.
Yes great tip! Thank you. Best, Rik
I quite often do this (without the onions or seasoning) with mashed potato and then put it to a dish like you and put cheese on the top and grill it. May sound horrible but it is a really easy quick meal to make. Especially when cooking for 5 people 🙂
Thank you 😋 Best, Rik
OK, its a year ago 😁 but its a great simple food. Thanks again Rik and keep going.👌
Thank you. Best, Rik
I love Corned Beef Hash
Thank you. Best, Rik
Thank you. Best, Rik
Lived and worked in the american south and a mexican friend used to make me my favourite food - Tomales - for me most weeks
When we were set to come back to the uk she took me on one side and showed me how to fake an authentic filling for them with tinned corned beef! It's not a patch on her real ones but man are they a tasty centre for my "Cheating Englishman's Green Chillie Tomales!"
Now my question, over there I also discovered the Reuben sandwich, Corned beef, plain brined sauerkraut and "russian dressing" on thick dark rye bread
I'm wondering if in your long and varied career if you've ever corned your own beef?
If you have then that would be my personal suggestion for a vid - unless you've made tomales!! 😆
Thick sliced corned beef, is so good, and a totally different animal to tinned, that's like pork and spam heh
Loved reading this, Phil. I have ear marked to make corned beef, that will be cooking eventually. Best, Rik
Appreciated. Thank you. Best, Rik
Hello Rik always a good old favourite I always use heaps of fresh garlic looks yummy thank you for sharing.
Thanks Sue
My mom made hash a lot when I was a kid, but it was very simple...just beef and spuds.
As an adult, I always have embellished it, using an onion and some pepper. But yours sounds great...with adding garlic.
I have a preference for red potatoes...a bit less starchy, and well.....I just like the red color of the skin.
Thank you. Best, Rik
Yummy!
Thank you. Best, Rik
Student life staple. Used to serve it with a tin of sweetcorn in a tin of tommies with salt and chilli con carne powder. Lush
Lovely! Thank you. Best, Rik
Absolutely yummy, folk who dont love corned beef are just odd imho 😂,ty for sharing, im North West UK, easy cheap and tasty dish, ty for sharing 🎉
Thank you. Best, Rik
A good meal for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner
Thank you. Best, Rik
Theres a condiment very similar to lea n perrins Worcester sauce I recently found called Hendersons relish. Its been out since the 1800's too but id never heard of it before. There are no anchovies used and it has a slight garlic taste but I love it too😋😁
Henderson's is a fantastic sauce. Thank you. Best, Rik
Really yum. Love this!
Thank you. Best, Rik
Back in the day, they use to say that Cornbeef was really horsemeat in a can. Who knows. But I love it with onions, a bit of spice then mixed with rice.
Thank you. Best, Rik
SOMETHINGS ARE BETTER UNKNOWN HA HA
Thank you. Best, Rik@@stitchlover633
High I will try your recipe thank you.
I use up my veg from fridge carrots turnip cauliflower potatoes. I put HP fruity sauce over eat with bread butter
Lovely! Thank you. Best, Rik
Wow!
I love corned beef hash but I've never seen it done with Worcester and beef broth in there and that looks amazing!!!
Making it this way from now on❤
Thanks Rik!
Thank you. Check back in for tonight's video, there's a twist! Best, Rik
Honestly simple and impressive, not only the recipe but brilliantly explained.
Thank you very much! Check out tonight's upload you might like it a new corned beef hash! Thank you. Best, Rik
In buddies pub, run leftover corn-beef & potatoes 'less the cabbage' through mincer, course grind, and make Hash Bangers and Patties.
Thank you. Best, Rik
One of my favorite quick and easy comfort meals❣Instead of finishing with "brown sauce," I use my favorite American, "Thick and Hearty A-1 Sauce...With buttered toast! 😋
Sounds lovely! Thank you. Best, Rik
Thank you Backyard Chef for this lovely recipe.
Next on my to do list, is your CopyCat Irish Cream.
God bless you & your family!
❤
Looks great and brings back memories. I have not had this for years as my mum made it. She used to make a Lancashire Hotpot with a tin of corned beef too.
I'd best give a go myself. Thanks all the best.
Hope you enjoy. Thank you. Best, Rik
Thank you. Best, Rik
Made this yesterday for tea and it was delicious, Usually make it with beans, sliced corned beef, mash and cheese (my wife calls it cowboy pie) but this was far tastier, thanks.
Thank you. Best, Rik
There are people out there who wouldn't like that Rik. Not to worry, they're all mad!
Ha ha ha. I agree. Best, Rik
Yeap one of my favourites, which can also be made with a tin of strewed steak from a tin most have at least 75% beef content, about the same price as corned beef or a little cheaper.
More for us!
My grandmother used to cook extra roast beef. Next day she's getting it with that old Crank grinder, onions and potatoes. Then she's fry it! Oh my gosh! She was a good old ranchers wife and could she ever cook!
Sounds amazing! Thank you. Best, Rik@@tamijoiskewl
Delicious!
Thank you. Best, Rik
You are my favourite British cook 👏 well done
Wow! Thank you. Best, Rik
Good plain cooking. Just as my mom and grandma thought me. This is a great weeknight meal on a budget and right from the pantry! Thanks chief Ric!
So true! Thank you. Best, Rik
I disliked corned beef as a child only because I was taught to not try it. When I boldly tried it, I loved it and have been in search of the perfect restaurant/ deli corned beef sandwich ever since.
Tinned isn't as good as some of your fresh made. However its a cupboard staple that has a long shelf life. Best, Rik
@@BackyardChef Your corned beef hash looked wonderfully delicious RiK!!!! Thank you so much for your recipe. You are delightful to watch!!! God bless you!!!
Thank you. I have some corned beef in the spouse vide at the moment. Will be in 48 hrs. Not tinned. Best, Rik@@JesusismyKingofkings259
@@BackyardChef you are so welcome Rik...... I will look forward to your next video thanks for letting me know!!! Sounds WONDERFUL!!!🤗
I remember my Dad making corned beef sandwiches with canned corned beef sliced about 1/4" thick and mustard. I might have to make one soon.
Love by the addition tinned beans or tin chopped tomatoes or both good hand of chopped parsley
Thank you. Best, Rik
Did you know there are two versions of corned beef hash..your way is the northern way with gravy I’m a southerner and we like it dry and crispy. I live in Spain now and still make it , I make dips in the hash and drop my eggs in the dips cover with lids till eggs are cooked one pot wonder…
Lovely! Thank you. Best, Rik
did this recipie, used Libby's corned beef, and diced my potatoes smaller, but it came out just great. thx.
Wonderful! Thank you. Best, Rik
It is important for me to note that many Americans have not evolved as the Brits have finding a work around word for Worcestershire. We all just stumble over it like fools. It is used in nearly every household.
Yes many stumble trying to say it. Most of the UK just shorten it to Worcester sauce. Best, Rik
WU-STA-SHUH
Wuss-tur-shur is easy once you know how ✌️
I always add a tin of baked beans to my corned beef hash. It’s excellent! 😊
Thank you. Best, Rik
I’m starving, just made this after bricklaying on my sons extension 😘
Thank you. Best, Rik
Thank you. Best, Rik
Great recipe! I tried it and LOVE it. Thank you!
Great to hear! Best, Rik
It's so funny seeing you do this. My Mum used to just boil potatoes and then mash a tin of corned beef and that was it. Peas and carrots on the side 😋😋😋. And that was it. Heaven on a plate 😊. I must give this a go 😋.
Yes my Mum did the same - brilliant! Thank you. Best, Rik
this is another recipe i must try rik u never fail to amaze
Thank you. Best, Rik
Isn’t it weird how you can never fully replicate the taste of when your mum or dad used to make meals like corn beef hash when you were a kid, it’s still delicious when I make it for myself and my family but never tastes quite the same as I remember when I was a kid.
Thank You. Best, Rik
My aunt would make corned beef hash and fried eggs for breakfast every Sunday morning. Being from Texas I cover the egg and hash with cream gravy.
Lovely! Thank you. Best, Rik
Looks great, the only modifications I would do is to grill it rather than oven it (cheaper and quicker) and use a wok so as to avoid spillage, but I will try this for sure thank you.
Thanks for the tips! Thank you. Best, Rik
I bought 2 tins of corned beef today, one is for some corned beef hash tonight, the other one I am hooking into right now straight from the tin.
Ha ha ha been there. Thank you. Best, Rik
It's fabulous in a baguette with butter, tomato slices, brown pepper. Goes with egg and chips too, straight from the can.
I was racking my brain to think of something different for Thanksgiving dinner and you did the thinking for me. Thank you. 😊
Thank you. Best, Rik
