I love grilled peanut butter and jelly. My mom had alzheimers, and it was so hard to get her to eat anything at times. One day I wanted to try something sweet, (which is what tastes best at her age then) and to get as many calories in her as I could, so I grilled it in butter. She loved it! I miss her every day. Thank you for bringing back a good memory. ❤
@nikkis.1107 Yes! Always a favorite of mine since I was little and am now 64! So glad you found that for your Mom to enjoy and get what she needed. So, so sorry for your loss! Your Mom is always with you. Been since 2002 losing my Dad, 2013 losing my Mom. I have found myself hearing their wise counsel and loving affirmations in my head more and more over the years, drowning out the pain of the loss and sorrow from the horrible Mesothelioma(Dad) and Rectal Cancer(Mom) that took them from us. Lol , I hear Josh in the background working on the door frame, just love him he is a wonderful man. Love to watch you and your mom and dad you have a wonderful family.
Back in 1967 my mother was pregnant with twins and required constant bed rest. My dad made my other siblings and I grilled peanut butter and jelly sandwiches as a quick and easy supper. We all loved it and we continued to enjoy these sandwiches throughout our childhood. The only problem was the jelly would get so hot and we’d have to open the hot sandwiches to let them cool a bit. It was hard to wait when it smelled so good and we were so hungry❤️
I use a liner when doing freezer prep meals. Once it's frozen I take the bag and either put it in a zip lock bag or vacuum sealed bag. That way it fits the slow cooker exactly when I use it.
You're so awesome to watch friend! I had an emergency surgery and was hospitalized for 10 days, I have a very very long road to recover and a month of healing before the next surgery. Then a month of healing after that. I am finally home but have zero energy to do things and I need to stay in bed to not reopen the wound. My husband is being amazing and doing bandage changes and working and doing everything in the home I would usually do. It's a lot to put on someone plus all the Dr. Appointments he's got to get me to. Good healthy Meals are just not happening. The crazy thing is I usually have a stocked freezer and pantry with premade, just throw in crock pot or oven meals ready to go. I was at the tail end of using up everything in the freezer and pantry so I could do a refresh. So I am totally unprepared for this healing. I need good, high protein, filling meals and your crock pot meals are perfect. I usually send some to others when they have a need. Nobody is helping us though. It makes me sad but it won't stop me from continuing doing it for others when I can. Anyway, thank you for giving great meal ideas, great instructions, and great friendship through your videos. I sorely need them right now. Even when doing a clean out, make sure you keep a couple meals stocked just in case! Again thank you so much. You remind me of the kindness of my grandmother and great aunts and I wish I had them here to help care for me.
Sorry to hear that Murphys Law dealt you a blow. Would your husband do the crockpot meals? Another cooking show I watch is Farmers Wife Homestead (as she is in NZ too) but she had to go in for surgery and also has other health issues and did a show on cooking and prepping for the freezer for easy meals when out of hospital. Were some good easy options. Of course she knew it was coming rather than it being emergency situation. Might give some tips though. I hope that you do get some help. Can you order meals in to help out.
wishing you some quick healing! i am sorry that no one has shown kindness that you've shown them. I'm wondering where you're located? Maybe one of Becky's "friends" would be able to help?
Awesome, no canned soups!! I'm one of your subscribers outside the USA, and we don't have all those kinds of soups here. They are also packed full of salt that I try to avoid. So thank you so much for this ❤️❤️❤️
Another great way to have chili is to make an omelette with cheese and top it with the chili, makes for a delicious breakfast for dinner. I serve mine with a side of buttered toast. Thank you for the delicious recipes.
Just an fyi from an old sandwich maker, butter the outside of the bread before you put it into a hot skillet. Makes the bread really toasty. I love to grill sandwhiches.
Love all these ideas, they look sooo good. One thing for the pasta dishes, only add the pasta at the moment you’re going to eat or it will be dry. I always even leave some pasta on the side in case it’s absorbing too much liquid
I’m Australian, I asked a similar question about Italian sausage on another channel and got a similar answer. I’ve managed to find Italian sausage in some specialty places but it’s a lot more expensive that most of the meat I would usually buy, so I’ve found a recipe to season ground (minced) pork myself to keep the price down and try some of the recipes using Italian sausage I’ve seen here and on other channels/websites. The one I’m going to try is on Allrecipes, but I’m sure there are others and people can tweak the seasonings to their taste of course
I make my own because of allergies to certain ingredients and it comes out great! You need to find the right recipie for you, but I make three an Italian sausage spice blend, a spicy Italian sausage spice blend, and a breakfast sausage spice blend. My favorite Italian blend includes orange zest and it’s delicious! I modified it from a very in depth recipe that has instructions for even casing your own sausage (which I skip). I’ll try to find and link the one I use!

Thank you for doing homemade from scratch meals in the slow cooker! That is a rare find. As a migraine sufferer, there are so many ingredients I cannot have. Canned soups being one of them. Just this week my husband said we should use our slow cooker more, and I told him it's hard to find from scratch recipes. Keep the recipes coming :)

Becky, I have to tell you, I bought a bag of peeled garlic from Sam’s club. And my husband didn’t care for the smell in the fridge even though it was double bagged, so I did a Becky and processed them in the food processor. Then I added oil and dropped them on cookie sheets and froze them. Great useful idea!
@@diannethornton38 I use avocado oil but I place the into ziplock bags and then I flatten them and freeze them. Then I just break some off when I need it, as it doesn’t freeze solid.
@@diannethornton38 I use ice cube trays and put up to a Tablespoon of garlic or fresh herbs and just cover with the oil (your normal cooking oil) then freeze. Once frozen I pop them into a ziplock bag. Some oils may vary but if I remember correctly canola or evoo was the oil I used and they froze solid.
You always make such delicious looking meals. Going to definitely be trying these. First up baked potatoes in the crock pot. Wow! Always love watching your videos. God Blessings!
Oooooh I cannot wait for the harvest video to come out!!! And thank you for these recipes, I had no idea you could do baked potatoes in the crock pot! I have to try that! Also, I made your pumpkin sausage rigatoni bake last week, absolutely fantastic! Only next time I won't add the breadcrumbs or bake it, it does dry it out just a bit and I loved the pasta just as is after mixing it all together. Can't wait to try the tetrazzini!
Fun tip: to get more flavor out of your garlic powder add a little water to a small amount and let it rehydrate before putting it in your recipe. Be cautious though, it is really potent.
I absolutely love it when you do crockpot meals, or instant pot meals so thank you so very much and I love your garden. It blows my mind at how big those cucumbers and onions have gotten. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.
A tip for anyone who might need it: I don’t like using alcohol in the slow cooker or pressure cooker because I feel like it doesn’t reduce the alcohol enough for me. (Still tastes like alcohol rather than just good flavor.). So I’ve gotten in the habit of reducing wine on the stove, sometimes with stock to make life easier later, and freezing it in recipe proportions. Game changer for me.
I love food. I love cooking. I love inspiration. I do enjoy your tips and efficiency. THANKS for sharing you, your passion & your knowledge ❤❤ if I were younger and able to bend/ plant & harvest, I'd be all over what you're doing. Living vicariously at the minute 😂😂😂😂

I made the creamy basil dish, but I used cooked italian sausage instead of chicken and added dried parsley, oregano and basil to the sausage and the heavy cream and I added fresh basil to the dish and my family absolutely loved it! We also made the chicken stroganoff and it was fantastic, but we absolutely loved the creamy basil dish! Thank you. Becky!!❤❤❤
Well from our wee home in Scotland to yours. I love these videos I learn so much and even sometimes just an idea and adapt to my family but I really enjoy your videos. Its beurre manié that's equal parts flour to fat (butter) it's like a paste and then used to thicken many stews and dishes alike you mix it not cook it first, you just mix and add it to stews etc. A roux is the same equal parts but flour and butter are cooked first, and then liquid is added to that. Well that's how I was taught xx
Hi Becky, great job on all of your videos, I get so much tips from every one of them. I would love to see more sandwich ideas. We love a homemade soup and sandwich on a cold weekend day. Thanks for all the beautiful work you do.

Yummy! It’s so cold here in IN today and these recipes are really amazing and super homey and comforting looking. I really appreciate this type of meal, having an adult special needs daughter that requires 24 hr care and babysitting my grandnephew who is almost 18 months old as well as having several physical disabilities and major depressive disorder it’s so hard for me to take the time to be good to myself and prepare and eat good meals. I love how,w cooked food and I just don’t have the time and sometimes I don’t have the money to do these wonderful meals. I would love so much to,have a plentiful garden and fresh ingredients like you do.
As per usual, all of this looks amazing! For the first time I went to your website to print of your recipes! Great format! Very clean. I can’t believe after all this time this the first time I’m printing one! 🤦🏼♀️ I can’t wait to put together a little binder of all of them☺️
There used to be a restaurant in Westwood, near the UCLA campus called Jerry’s who made the best grilled peanut butter and jelly sandwich. When my husband was undergoing treatment at UCLA Medical Center it was my sneak away for a break from their cafeteria, which wasn’t a bad place to eat either… I’d never heard of or tried a grilled PB&J prior to eating theirs, Life changing! I’ve made it many times since then, both as a lunch, dinner or a late night snack. Grilled Nutella is also a home run snack! So yummy 😋
I love all these meals they are delicious. I have a tip for you I saw you had a candle burning on you shelf under your top cabinet you may get soot on the bottom of the cabinet and also candles evaporate so you will get a waxy build up there as well hope this helps.❤🙂
This video is perfect timing, I was just thinking about making some cozy crockpot meals for my family. Especially since it’s Fall and cool weather in Long Island, New York . I like the fact that you aren’t using those yucky canned high sodium creamed soups. Homemade thickners is much more tastier and healthier! 😊👍🏽 Thanks for sharing, I will save this video for future family meals! New subscriber! 😃❤️🇺🇸

Could you share what kind of oil and amount for preserving the garlic in order to freeze it? Thanks in advance.
Your salsa Verde look so good! I bought 5 pie pumpkins today. Going to make my own puree. Those tomatoes are beautiful!
I'm with on the fat! It has to go!😁
Doing chores with Becky while I have my airpods is the best. I always go back and watch again. 😌
Thank you.
You are so inspiring, Becky! I always learn so much from you! Thanks for this brilliant video compilation!
I absolutely love it when you do crockpot meals, or instant pot meals so thank you so very much and I love your garden. It blows my mind at how big those cucumbers and onions have gotten. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.
I love my slow cooker. It saved my sanity when I was working. Now that I am retired I don't use it as much, but I will start back this winter.
Becky, you're the best ever! I absolutely love and appreciate your tutorials!
Hi. I love watching your videos!!
Where I live we eat chili with cinnamon rolls on the side. Sounds really weird but it works.
Instead of ground beef, cut up a Chuck roast into cubes and use that for beef stroganoff. I have to tell you.. I’m addicted to your channel.
I love food. I love cooking. I love inspiration. I do enjoy your tips and efficiency. THANKS for sharing you, your passion & your knowledge ❤❤ if I were younger and able to bend/ plant & harvest, I'd be all over what you're doing. Living vicariously at the minute 😂😂😂😂
I love watching your content! It is comforting. i look forward especially in late autumn / early winter. The freezing cold air after a winter day, dusk - beautiful sunset and great meals and conversations with family!
I only do Crockpot Baked Potatoes now! We have them frequently! They are so yummy!! I love slow cooker meals.. these look like great recipes!!
So helpful! I’m going to try some of these this coming weekend. Thank you!
Shared and commenting... all in the top 10. Hugs from Esquimalt😊❤
Hi Becky, great job on all of your videos, I get so much tips from every one of them. I would love to see more sandwich ideas. We love a homemade soup and sandwich on a cold weekend day. Thanks for all the beautiful work you do.
Y’all! Look how close to 1 million followers Becky has! Let’s get her there! She sure is one of those that I enjoy and learn from even though I’m an experienced cook. We all know friends and family that we can share her videoqps with. Let’s do it for her!
Were you pleased with those chickens that your friend raised for you?
Good job Becky! I learned a lot, and got lots of ideas. Thank you for this fun video. 💖
Becky, Becky, Becky !! Thank you, thank you, thank you !! Your Chicken marinara with basil crockpot meal was FANTASTIC 😋. My hubby is a very picky eater that had two helpings. Definitely on my list of must have crockpot dinners ! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Becky, there is a restaurant here in Wisconsin called The Peanut Butter and jelly deli! They have ALL kinds of sandwiches, grilled , different nut butters LOTS of different jellies, bananas, strawberries, marshmallow fluff etc. So good!
Made me remember Elvis and his peanut butter banana grilled sandwich 😂
Can't wait to get my slowcooker out this week! Everything looks delicious 😊
I Love pink sauce! It is perfect on baked shells too!❤❤
Years ago, when pregnant, I craved grilled peanut butter and chocolate chip sandwiches. Yummy!
I'm going to try this Chicken Stroganoff tonight! It looks delicious. My husband and I are loving your videos. He has a small garden and down here in south Florida, we are just getting evrything growing right now. Nothing like yours, we have six small beds. Thank you for all that you teach us!
Fantastic meals Becky.....I'm so very thankful for the recipes. Thank you, love and blessings xjx
Welcome back, glad to see you again
Love to watch your videos
Wait for a new video
I was in a grilled cheese competition, I made a dessert one. I called it "Campfire grilled cheese" cream cheese, strawberry preserves, mini marshmallow and Nutella on sourdough. Your peanut butter and jelly sounds amazing,
Becky, you read my mind. I would love a series sandwich series please. That would be amazing. 🤩
Becky, you're a gem! Thank you!
Hi Becky perfect now to close my Saturday night watching u from Italy
Great video! I'm making the chicken stroganoff today!!
Your written recipe didn't say what to do with the sour cream so I'm glad I watched it again. Thanks!!
🤦🏼♀️ I can’t wait to put together a little binder of all of them☺️
On the Stroganoff, I highly recommend sprinkling the finished dish with fresh chopped parsley. Elevates the recipe to another level
I made the chicken stroganoff today. It was delicious with farfalle pasta instead of egg noodles and a whole bag of frozen peas added in at the end.
So yummy 😋
Yes, Jerry's Deli!😊
I love how you say “pepper” Becky💞💞
I love all these meals they are delicious. I have a tip for you I saw you had a candle burning on you shelf under your top cabinet you may get soot on the bottom of the cabinet and also candles evaporate so you will get a waxy build up there as well hope this helps.❤🙂
The first grilled pb&j I had was at a bbq restaurant in NC. It was amazing! They are delicious!
So excited. I saw a reference to chicken stroganoff yesterday and decided to wait to see if you would make one.
