    Just a tip on communication. Starlink works almost anywhere. This is something relatively cheap for communication anywhere you can get power to power it up. Such as power outlet on your truck or a battery kit.
    Another good thing is starlink signal goes through fiberglass which most camper shells are made off. You can mount one insize your camper pointing up to the sky and get signal.

      Very good suggestion. I'm thinking of changing my home internet to starlink just so we can also bring it out with us, not for Netflix, but for emergencies. Thanks for sharing

    ARB canopy? Looks good 👍

      @Eddie_Turbo  20 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Thanks mate! It's a Maxliner Venture canopy. If you check my channel, in the 7,000km review, there's a chapter about the canopy if you're interested!

    Great video, how has the maxliner canopy gone with dust getting in on dusty roads? I noticed that the maxliner doesnt have positive pressure vent, cheers!

    • @Eddie_Turbo
      @Eddie_Turbo  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thanks mate! The maxliner has the front window which you can either fully open, or just crack open. This does help somewhat with dust but I reckon I'm about to pull the trigger on an ARB canopy vent (or similar) and just install one. The biggest issue with dust is actually the tail gate from Ford... I'm hearing mixed things about the Grunt seal, I wouldn't mind trying that or a similar one to see if I can keep the dust out. If you check out my 7,000km review and use the time stamps to sus out the section where I talk about the canopy you can see what I mean there with the vent.

      Thanks mate, appreciate the info, I'll check out your other video :) have to make a video of your canopy vent if you end up adding one, cheers

    Great tips Eddie. Can you confirm the tyre size and if you’ve been happy with the choice of maxxis in 34s? I’m tossing up whether to go 35s or 34s and which ones. Thanks!

    • @Eddie_Turbo
      @Eddie_Turbo  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey mate thanks! They are 295/75/17. If you check out my 7,000km review video I talk a little bit about them. I went 34 as to go 35 just needs a little bit of work to fit them

    Hey Eddie, is that the stockman Ute slide? How do you rate it? Did you drill through the tub?

    • @Eddie_Turbo
      @Eddie_Turbo  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey legend, it is mate. 6 nuts/bolts through the tub with some sikaflex and it's rock solid and waterproof! Still need to seal the tailgate, man that thing let's in some dust!

    • @Jimmy_Saf
      @Jimmy_Saf หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@Eddie_Turbo thanks mate, have you sealed the tailgate yet? If so, how?

    • @Eddie_Turbo
      @Eddie_Turbo  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Jimmy_Saf nope mate not yet, I was hearing mixed things about the grunt kit, so thought I'd wait a little to see what else is there. I think EGR (which people loved on the old ranger) are meant to be releasing a dust kit shortly. So I'll keep a look out for that!
