Nice review. Liked the 5+ and 5- format. I have the AS bracket on my '20 690R. I'm cutting and bending my own windshield - slightly larger than the AS one. And I think the gap between the shroud and windscreen is a good thing. Normally a little air bleed reduces buffeting. Lots of bit windshields have vents for this purpose. So, why not experiment a little? And what else can you do in the northern US during December anyway? One note: my spacers - from the bracket to the upper triple clamps did not fit into the shallow counterbores on the triple clamp. I filed the ends down maybe 10 thou, until they fit squarely down into the bottom of the counterbores. Did you have this issue? As the torque of the triple clamp bolts is very important, this is an issue, since if those spacers are not seated properly, you surely won't get the correct clamp load from your 17 nm. As to weight, I was very impressed with how light the bracket is for it's stiffness. It is aluminum, which they don't seem to brag about but should.

I thought mine would be slow from a 60mph punch m, hell no… got up to 155 effortlessly. Dyno sheet from Speedtek in Texas showed my 23 MYP had 500 horsepower! 💀

If a person needs all the screens and tablets and GPS mounted right in front of his face, then you gotta have one. That huge bracket is a no go. What works and is actually light, is the KTM small windscreen, with a Puig deflector mounted on it. Minimal, easy to pop the deflector off or lower it. Those cheap ebay deflectors will self destruct in 1 day on dirt.

Any chance this would fit a pre 2019? Specifically 2018 is what I have.

I know it’s all part of the click bait game but please don’t suggest that small independent businesses like Adventure Spec produce bad products just to get views. I’m not involved in the business but I’m aware it’s not been an easy few years and this doesn’t help.

Had my Raptor for just on 18 months. Wireless phone charger hasn’t worked in over a year, & it’s still a flip of the coin wether the phone connects or not. Gear changes from 4th to 5th gear in ANY MODE is harsh as! Will be sending it back to ford to have a look.

you also forgot to mention the heated seats they got rid of the slider now its like a button you just press. much easier tbh

I have the kings 200w blanket and your findings are pretty much exactly what mine does. Even tilted in good sun it doesn't do much over 60 watts on average. Im going to chuck it and get the kings 250w foldable panel

giday on this i have a kings 160w fixed panel chargeing a bluetti ac180 but when the imput wattage goes or holds over 125watt it is cutting out the bms on the bluetti i hear a click turns off and then restarts again have you heard of this issue thanks.

Good, staight review Eddie. I got mine delivered today. Tip I picked up from UK site, run the Alternator charger on Maintenance mode and you can run accessaries from your main battery without it loosing capacity. Sterio, zone lighting, low amp draw gear while parked up.

yes they are only for wankers as the hook goes on the trailer not the tow vehicle

the retainers on the hammerlocks MUST be around the correct way when inserting the pin. they sometimes have and arrow on them which is the direction you insert the pin. if not the pin goes in through the open side of the retainer NOT the closed side or you can drive the retaining rings out of the inside of it. (remove the pin going in the same direction if you want to take them apart or they can bind and you wont get them apart) also check your local laws on attaching chain to the drawbar, in New Zealand it is illegal to weld the chain to the draw bar as the chain looses its rating and also must use a certified trailer safety chain at minimum. latch gates of hooks should be UP when attached and remove any twist out of the chains. - ex chain and rigging certification technician here.

I make the point that with the tyre deflators that remove the valve core, the small rubber seal around the stem of the core was never designed for continuous removal and replacement. It's a seal designed for once fitment. The seal is fragile and will fail in time leaving you with no way to stop an air leak unless you have a replacement core. After all, you are out in the bush for a good time, what is the rush to let air out? Take you time, adjust the pressures manually and smell the wattle whilst doing so!

Hooks are designed for constant load, safety latches on hooks are not load rated when a chain goes slack and a ball fails the chain can twist and roll out of the safety latch, following lifting standards,

Don't listen to this guy in relation to Ball Height. Ball weight is far more important. Lowering the ball will reduce weight with most dual axle trailers.
