Thanks mate. Yes for sure. Simple set up but will give me more than enough power for what I’ll be doing. Cheers for the tips 👌

Just so you know if those small brackets are the ones from Bunnings they are weak as anything. I snapped one easy the other week as the fold point is quite thin.

Thanks mate. They were more to get the wood in the right spot before I reinforced further and added large screws. The rear MDF and anchor point on the wall of the vehicle is taking most of the load. So far so good. We’ll see how it holds up after some corrugations 👍

Keen to know if you have a done a drain and recharge to check actual battery capacity. I have heard Atem can tend to be over rated but it is one on my short list of batteries with a very slim profile.

For what I’m using it for currently - running some camp lights, and 50L fridge it’s never got low enough to fully drain. I’ve found it charges very fast with the 40A dcdc. Hoping to get some solo trips in during the year and likely be running more accessories to give it a bigger workout

When you connected the dc charger did you run it straight to the battery and run your load off the the other Anderson connector

G’day. I’ll double check with Fab (installer) and see what he says.

So I heard back from Fab. He said:
Dc in straight from main battery
      Dc out to auxiliary battery.
      Loads come off auxiliary
      Anderson plug

Where did Fab ground everything to? One of the studs behind the seat?

Hi. Can’t recall 100%. You want to ground to chassis or body metal, not on rear tub

@@Perth4WDandCamping Cheers...just saw another video on YT where he used one of the threaded studs down the bottom near where you mounted the Redarc. I'll give that a try.

$800 for 100ah is just too expensive.
