- One of the best kept secrets is hidden in a sleepy Florida town. Don't go there unless you have to.

great pick ups my friend very nice
Thanks! I am truly blessed to live so close to such a great record store in a town where there aren't too many serious collectors. I'm also taking a break from buying records this month so I can enjoy what I already have.
I like these records man 🤝🤘
@@Allhailtheeye thanks for tuning in! Some of the best records I’ve ever found have been from Sounds Good in this summer of 2024.
Wow! Those are great finds. And it looks like a legitimate RL Led Zeppelin II. I've heard crazy stories about copies where people have actually tried to etch "RL" into the deadwax themselves with laughable results.
@@RobertFithen dang, that’s wild! I trust this record store with all my heart and I trust my ears. I A/B’d with my other copy (also from 1969) with a friend who is by no means an audiophile and he was stunned almost speechless at the difference in sound and bass (my friend is a bass player so he appreciated being able to hear JPJ). Even this VG- copy sounds better than my non-RL VG+ copy. And that is, I suppose, the reason we listen to these records. Thanks for stopping by and checking out the vid!
Super finds!! That Zeppelin II Hot master is incredibly special isn't it? You never hear it the same afterwards! Hope you're having a goid weekend and take good care.

Thanks for checking out the vid Sam! Yes, gosh that molten hot LZ II is making all my other records sound pretty tame.
@@giantorangerecords Absolutely! I have a pressing of it directly after the recall and I call it the "panic" pressing. Meaning that they took a cassette master and flat lined the EQ. Zero bass and treble completely sucked out. Terrible master. They eventually balanced it out as it went along. But nowhere near the RL cut.
@@ConglomerationCat That's really interesting. I have a non-RL pressing from 1969, so I'll have to do an A/B video... without getting flagged for copyright. That one's probably going to take some time. But gosh, what a fun listen.
@@giantorangerecords If you'd like, I'd love to do a collaborative video on this! Let me know if this might be something fun to do!
@@ConglomerationCat Heck yeah, that sounds really fun! I really enjoyed your cover of "Eight Miles High." I've checked out some of your vinyl vids and they're really great, kindred spirits for sure. Feel free to message me on my IG page giantorangerecords or the same handle @gmail.com
Great grabs...thank you as always!!
@@ootdigtcyilp truly great stuff that I’ve been after for a long time! I know I if wait long enough you guys will eventually have it. Thanks for being so good me over the years. It’s a blessing to be this close to such a great shop.
