8:52 Hale'iwa Hustle B/W Banzai Pipeline was released right at the start of the pandemic. I'd very much like to see the group play them live again.
Right on! I guess I didn't catch the release date, thanks for that info! Just say them in May 2024 and they were great live! I'd go see them again.
cool stuff dude i need to check out the nude party see that lp all over
Right on, thanks! Yes, The Nude Party is really cool. They make a brand of rock 'n' roll that I find to fun, familiar, very accessible and really enjoyable. If you ever get the chance to see them live they really bring it on stage!
Have you any Sun Dial records, Gary Ramon's outfit? If not, I recommend them to you.
I have not, but will check them out. Thanks for the recommendation! Any particular albums stand out to you?
@@giantorangerecordsOther Way Out, Reflecter and Return Journey are my picks. Their catalogue is extensive and they are on YTube.
I'd also suggest Ride and Slowdive from the British "shoegaze" band scene. There were a lot of interesting bands in the 90s.
Last night I was playing some Rain Parade and Id forgotten how good they were.
