Unlike a lot of videos on this kind of stuff, the things/decisions you make and chose to stop, explain and talk viewers through is not only super helpful and relevant to those of us not skilled in carpentry… but it’s also literally what I’m looking for basically 100% of the time I consult TH-cam to learn new tricks, and find maybe 5% of the time and when you do it’s 14 min into a 57 min long video. This channel is seriously underrated! Love yalls style and hope you keep creating more and more content. Extra creds for the “when working alone” tips :) thank you!
Thank you very much for the comment. Long drawn out videos are part of why I started TH-cam. I see too many people making long videos with little to no explanation. I want to show the viewer how to do things and not waste their valuable time! Thanks again!!
That looks sharp. I have that kind of metal on the ceiling and behind the wood cook stove in my cabin. I wonder if it would have been cheaper to put it on the walls. It would for sure be easier to keep clean. Hey, maybe you have an idea for me. The cold north wind blows in between the skirting and the siding on my cabin. I need to seal between the two. (Both are metal.) Any suggestions what to use?

@@SalmonCreekLiving I agree. You teach very well. Thank you!
Excellent instruction for us DIYers. Thanks
Glad you liked it! Thanks for watching
My brain was starting to melt, but then you gave the tip of just turning it around to check before cutting😉👍
Haha! Sometimes I'm not the best at wording things
@@SalmonCreekLiving I disagree. You explain things very well. I feel I could do what you're sharing myself if need be.
@@SalmonCreekLiving your explanation was perfect…my 65 year old brain was lacking😉
