yep, this time I was over 10k but usually yes ...even though this model resets to 20k for oil change.

Does the summo springs and supper springs help? How long do you keep them before changing them

They do help for sway and sagging in rear when loading heavy. U keep them for as long as you have the van. They dont have an expiration date.
