Rising S Shelters Caught CHEATING

- A lady in Florida buys a poorly made bomb shelter from a company called Rising S Company and learns that she was cheated by False Advertising and a Misleading website that claimed that her bunker was made out of 1/4" steel and that it had a Swiss made Air Filtration System. What she got was a beat up metal box with a cheap plastic air system that won't work. Apparently this companies Google Reviews were written by the general manager. Otherwise they would have a 1.4 Star Rating like before 2022.

I’m a retired welder/ fabricator and I almost died laughing at their welds 😂. Looks like something a 5 year old on his day learning made those welds.

....im not a welder. No one ever trained me and everything i learned was trial and error....even I can make better welds.

I’m certain Rising S is the one setting your warehouse on fire! Setup some trail cams at night for extra security. Or small cameras you can hide that are motion cameras. We need to catch these people! Any updates on catching them?

Correct Rising S Burned his office last year just for calling Their bunker company bad beacuse he was exposing them ig they got mad and wanted to demoralize him

The lady should get a full refund absolutely. The shelter is clearly damaged and their website is misleading. Hopefully she gets her money back.

If I had paid off land in the continental US and had extra cash, I would love to get something from you guys. Your bunkers are beautiful and actually look comfortable enough to live in full time, and I can definitely see the attention to detail. The dream is to install one of these, then build what would essentially be a decoy house over it with a concealed entrance, maybe below a kitchen island that secretly raises up with hydraulics if you undo a latch inside the cabinets.

I went to their reviews a couple weeks ago and responded to Rising S where he defended his bunker and said that YOU didn't show the tape measure up close or from the right angle. I went back to your video and got the time stamp where you clearly showed the actual thickness with your tape measure and posted it in my response to him. I think they have banned me now, as TH-cam doesn't show my responses anymore. I also pointed out that there were far too many accounts with only one review being done and it was for Rising S, which are very likely fake reviews. 😂😂😂
Edited to add, I also asked Rising S if they were actually going to defend the welding that you showed on that video.

Not to sound like 'that crazy guy', but I think in the future we'll end up migrating to underground dwellings over above ground.
Also I am really looking to get more experience as I want to explore doing bunkers/underground habitats on Mars!

I've seen your ads for your shelters back years ago in a couple survival magazines I got. I was impressed with your designs and the materials used.
I've seen you mention the other company before, and until this video, couldnt imagine the shoddy workmanship of their shelters. And with the third party engineer's assessment of their design in this video, well.....let's just say that this one says it all.
I personally am not even anywhere close to where I could afford to have a shelter built, and last I heard about it, your waiting list is a long way out. But if I could afford it and had deep enough pockets, I would absolutely be contacting you about having one of your shelters built. And I pray that the woman you mentioned is able to hire a very good lawyer who is able to get her money back from the other company. Keep up the great work and thank you for what you do.

However considering the sub quality bunker you have to question whether it was really up to the task which it wasn't.
I applaud you for helping her out.

Better than a basement. But not at that price. This doesn't even qualify for the statement "you get what you pay for"! She should get a full refund because Rising S had false advertisement, false information, false construction, and over charging their customers. If i was her i would get multiple layers and go after Rising S and fully switch to Atlas. If i were to buy a bunker i would pick Atlas because their advertisements are all true and they give you quality per dollar. I would choose Atlas over any other bomb shelter thats if any other company PERIOD

Glad your helping out this woman who was just raked over the coals by the shoddy work and highly deceptive practices rising S is showing themselves to be. Here in Texas as well we had a fellow who swept in and bought out two local funeral homes we run the other and this guy is a total sleaze, making his prices very confusing and literally charging people over 1000 just to have a consultation then tries to make it near impossible for people to change funeral homes without paying them nearly 2 grand in fees. But this will backfire on them. Hope the lady can get her money back and she can get the bunker she wants that's great quality

11:41-11:43 nice cleanup they did, they still had a section of the wire feed on it and it got painted!! I am in Canada and do not own my property, even if I did, the quality of the shelter I would not trust to be converted into a garage for cars.

You can get through that lock on the RS door in 15 minutes by rotating through number combinations. Not secure but you ain't gonna be safe in there anyway.

Angled door that is not in direct line of force motion from a pressure wave. It can be set at 90° perpendicular to the stairs or, if it must be parallel to the direction of the stairs. Two stub offset barriers that cover at least a third of the width of the access tunnel should be enough to reduce pressure wave impact upon the door as a whole. The remainder of the force can be mitigated by a heavier reinforced door itself, and having a greater door overhang in the door frame to which the door can brace against by an outward swing.
Ideally the access would not be angled downward, instead it should be a vertical shaft, to a horizontal tunnel that has at least a one foot overhang at the junction of the vertical shaft and the horizontal tunnel. Such isn't always feasible for the client for various reasons but if you're talking about withstanding a blast wave overpressure, anything that doesn't have to directly block the wave can only help. Angled doors, to redirect instead of stop. Access tunnel sharp turns (think two 90° turns) will halve then halve the half of the force when it reaches the door. The more you make a force wave change direction the weaker it becomes.
It's the same principle of steeply sloped armor vs shallow slope armor of equivalent thickness.

I'm always saying that people think you are so expensive because you say call for pricing. You need to have your prices on your website like your so called "competitors". Need to have a person that all they do is change pricing with the changing in economy.
If you can break in by simply prising the lock off with a screwdriver, then it's not really up to much is it?
I have done enough research over the years for post apocalyptic role playing games that I know all exterior doors MUST swing out when opened and that all exterior corridors between the bunker and entry must be staggered. The bad bunker thickness for the metal is 5mm thick or thinner and it should be 6.35mm thick or thicker since 6.35mm is exactly 1/4" thick.
CCTV is cheap now investing in one is a must for any merchant with inventory on hand!
