    Having a shelter in you property used to get labelled as a prepper. Now with global politics, having an underground shelter seems the most logical and sensible thing.

    You missed Safe Sheds. We had an in-ground shelter and it was too difficult to navigate the steps as we got older. We've had a Safe Shed for about 10 years and go in it whenever we have a weather situation that warrants us being in a safe shelter. It's a good size at 8' X 10'. We have Uline shelves in it to hold our camping equipment. We ran electricity to it. There's room for us, two 50lb dogs, and cat. If we're in it for any length of time, we watch a DVD on a portable player.

    As someone who survived the May 3rd tornado outbreak in central Oklahoma and helped rescue victims… underground shelters are the only way to keep safe. Seeing a Suburban in the middle of a 5 acre field, not many things above ground could survive being hit by that.

      Even though I’ve lived close to two EF5 tornadoes in Oklahoma. I’ve seen the devastation and I agree if you’re not below ground it’s quite scary. It’s a terrible experience seeing that type of devastation close up. I remember that night very clearly we we left our home because we did not have a shelter and we had to get out of its path. I’m sorry to hear that you had to experience it firsthand. I’m glad you’re OK!

      @@BloodyKnives66 True. But because of the war in Ukraine and instability of American democracy Europe has to stand on its own and is more united than ever. The only war I see happening is against an outsider. And with Russia being in such bad shape I don't think that chance is big. It's only a matter of time before Russia is kicked out of Ukraine and possibly dissintegrates. I need to cycle to the Germans for cheap booze and drive to the Belgians for cheap gas, turning on them would be such a waste of time. A shelter would only be helpful in case of a nuclear war, in which case we're all f*cked.

    How expensive is it to roll a big heavy ball towards bowling pins?? And will poor and middle class people be punished if they do it??..
    I'm just gonna save my money for 30+ years until I can afford to go bowling.. forget a nice house and car, trips around the world..
    Nah, I'd rather go bowling...
    once ..

    Yeah have the entrance INSIDE the house so that the debris can block the door and trap you inside. Genius.

      @lous.6372 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Even the one outdoor that is pictured at the start has only one entrance that opens to the outside. If something heavy falls on it the people are trapped then, too.

      Better have plenty of supplies 😅 in most of the tornados I've seen, all that's left is the foundation anyways. I think the odds of not getting trapped are better than not having a shelter.

    Just have them build an underground one in the field somewhere that you don’t even own.
    Then cover up the door and no one will notice .

    • @cgstech5657

      I researched these companies, they make their own original shelters and are well known in this industry. There are a ton of resellers in every part of the US selling these or other storm shelters.

      Concrete and brick buildings still get destroyed in tornadoes, dude. And sometimes collapse on people. Just look at the various tornado aftermath vids on TH-cam and you'll see plenty of examples.

    • @BloodyKnives66

      😂 This guy is gonna die thinking he's perfectly safe in his brick house during a tornado. Do some research, please. Concrete and brick aren't enough.

    Move somewhere where there aren't any tornados.

    • @BloodyKnives66
      @BloodyKnives66 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      😂 sure then you'll have hurricanes, or earthquakes or tsunami or volcanoes, or mudslide or floods etc Moving somewhere else isn't a solution, nature can and will find a way to kill you anywhere on earth. Preparing for an emergency is the logical answer, not running somewhere where you think you'll be safe.

    Why do you feel you have to fill every second of the video with words?
    Even redundant and repeated, or contrived words.. and I am not convinced this is not done by a bot... so annoying thumbs down.
