    It was 1 AM and I was literally having a panic attack , FULL ON panic attack when I started watching this as a last resort and now it’s morning and I don’t even remember trying to fall asleep. Amazing

    Thank you so much for all of your meditations. I have been suffering from severe anxiety, depression and insomnia for the last month, and could truly not find anything that would bring me any relief from stress and panic attacks. It ended up so badly that I can't even leave my bed without starting to panic. Your meditations are the ONLY thing that bring me relief right now, and make me forget about the problems in this world for a little moment. Thank you so much, and sending you much love! ❤

      I have been suffering anxiety and depression for a long time now not sleeping panic attacks however now when I listen to this it takes all those fears away away

      I can so relate to this...it makes it worse when family who live with you don’t understand and become angry which exacerbated the anxiety and adds a layer of shame and self loathing. Meditation and medication are vital to my daily routine 👍🏼😊❤️

      Hello Aleixia ,
      This is my favourite night time routine excercise now , and I had to laugh reading your comment dear ! 😁💖❤💖👍👍👍 I still have to find out as well , what this vlog / story is all about ... ( VERY POWERFULL !!! )
      Makes me think back of my surgeries in the past ... when I'm telling the anaesthetist that I'll win and he won't get me under .... Wishfull thinking ... as I never get beyond 4 ... and THAT is quite good according to him ! I've had the same 1 a few times now ! He told me , " I ALLWAYS win " ... lol 👍😂🤣😂🤣😂 , and of course he does ..... but according to him , most drop of between 2 & 3 . So 4 was rather good according to him . My point however , these guys are no anaesthetists , but you'd allmost think they are , with NOT quite knowing WHEN you drop of during this talk down excercise .
      Much BETTER and more effective / healthier then sleeping tablets .

    When I entered menopause I suffered debilitating insomnia....I'd go for several days without sleep and then just crash hard for a day or two. I missed a lot of work because of this but thank God I had a female boss who at least could relate. I'm 72 now and every once in awhile I go through a period where I'll have trouble sleeping and am so grateful I found The Honest Guys😊.....your stuff honestly works...thanks!

    it's now been two years that I'm listening to this and it's still my top content for falling asleep! Works so well. Thank you a lot! This was important in very much lessening my insomnia - what remains of it is that I sometime don't manage to close other distracting activities at the right time where I should sleep.

    You can add me to the gratitude group. I have tried other recordings before, but there always something that wakes me up. I am a classically trained musician, so I tend to analyze music when I hear it. these tones a random enough that I am usually asleep before the voice stops. If I wake up in the night, I play it again. the first time I slept 12 hours.... Heaven. Much better than meds. ☺️ 🙏 thank you. Oh, and BTW, I am also a yoga teacher for 35 years, and this beats any pose that I know for the deep, long sleep.

    I listen to meditation almost nightly and this new one should come with a warning -😳- It was like a thief stole my insomnia 😂I was wide awake at 3 am,desperately searching for something to help . I clicked on this and woke up 6 hrs later holding my tv remote w all the lights on- unbelievably effective

    Thank you so much for uploading this, I've always found it quite difficult to settle at night and relax, even with medications, but this has helped so much I can't even describe it. I always fall asleep within 5 minutes and wake up feeling so much better. You guys are doing amazing work :)

    Could you do a bedtime affirmation relaxation?
    For example, gentle music with 5-10 minutes of affirmations like... you are relaxed, sleep all night, wake refreshed, have pleasant dreams, sleep easily, feel calm... etc....
    I can’t find one anywhere.
    Would truly LOVE this so much to train the subconscious to fall asleep fast and easily. 🙏🙏🙏
    Would this be possible soon? 😀

    I have a REALLY hard time sleeping (moving, thinking, noises etc.) but me and my friend tried this and i fell asleep at 5:16! Probably the fastest i have ever fallen asleep.

    I really really love your video’s !! These type of video’s are the only ones that can make me relax. I have a very bad form of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and my muscles are always very sore and painfull but I don’t know how but when I listen to one of your videos , I feel like I am floating in the sea or just flying.       Hi have u tried duloxetine, amitprytline, gabapentin, fluxotene, pregabalinfor fibromyalgia. Ask ur doctor about them. All the best

    Back in October of 2019 I fell and hit my head, I had already been going through major insomnia but it became sleep deprivation. My Doctors suggested you and I am so glade she did.     I've been dealing with stressed induced sleeplessness for weeks now. Too many things to do. Too much on my mind the mind just wasn't stopping it was five in the morning 2 days ago I have to work at noon and I'm still up and I'm exhausted. Found this barely got 10 mins in and I was out like a light. Slept a full 8 hours last night because of this video. Thank you so much for your videos.

    Wow this is even more effective than the whispering grass! I love a bit of hemi-sync and binaural beats and have an app with lots of different frequencies for different focus, but this is much better. ❤

    On my goodness! I found your site in a bizarre search and the name of it instantly caught my attention! (always looking for an " Honest Guy!!) I'm just teasing, honest!
    Anyway, the moment I started listening to the first video, I was sound asp within 10 minutes and I didn't wake up once during the night. That hasn't happened in years, literally! Can you please make more videos like the Party in the Shire episodes i absolutely love them and find myself rewatching them .. i struggle with depression and the storyline helps me escape from the horrible thoughts so yeah if you have enough time to make similar ones (i have watched all the other fantasy ones already) i would be very grateful!     I love this and all your other videos. I’ve been using them for over a year when I’m struggling to go to sleep or I’ve woken up at 3am! The one thing I find a challenge now is the ads, I may consider paying for TH-cam premium but it is frustrating. Do you have a private website? As I’d be happy to pay a subscription, then I know it is going to you guys rather than TH-cam. Many thanks

    I've been an insomniac for almost 30 years. I tried this last night and nothing happened. I really love the talkdown and music but it didn't induce sleep. I'll keep trying.

    An ad after 22 minutes of relaxation ruined the experience for me. I was almost asleep.😢 I LOVE your meditations and use them every night before bed. This was the first time there was an ad before it was over. I don't know if you have any control over where ads go but, if you do, could you please fix it?🥰💞🙏

      Unfortunately, TH-cam has changed things such that we are now no longer able to fully control when the ads appear on free TH-cam accounts.
      We have always been very careful to only ever insert one ad before the video begins; we meditate ourselves so know how jarring post-video ads can be, so we never add them ourselves.
      This is as frustrating for us as creators, as it is for everyone.
      These are the only ways we currently know to reduce/prevent this intrusive ads issue:
      1. Turn off autoplay. This will prevent getting a pre-roll ad from the next video that plays, (although it doesn't guarantee there won't be a post-roll ad inserted by TH-cam).
      2. Join our Premium Members Club to get access to our privately listed video library and member-only videos (all ad free).
      3. Join TH-cam Premium (they completely remove the ads).
