Just flew on Singapore Airlines from Newark to Changi (18+ hrs) in their solo seat very comfortable. Then from Changi to Manila in an extended leg room chair I am 6'3 and need all the legroom I can get. Overall I was very pleased with my experience on Singapore Airlines and looking to travel with them again.
That’s great to hear! And I agree, extra legroom makes a big difference. 😉 I’ve always had a great experience flying with SIA. I also chose the solo seat for my mom on the EWR-SIN route and she enjoyed it 💛
Front seats extra we have to pay other seats are like economy only. No much gap if front seat passengers recline back seats r much affected. Last row no recline . Cathay pacific is excellent as compared to singapore airlines in premium economy
We are on a Delta A350-900 flight in November (Premium Economy - Bulkhead). The lavatory is directly in front of the bulkhead rows. Was this the same for your Singapore Airlines flight? Was there an issue with smells?
Hello there! Thanks for watching 😊. It was different with Singapore Airlines, we were directly behind the business cabin with no galley or toilets in between. We had to go to the back to use the toilet. Enjoy your flight and let us know how it is! ☺️
Hi there, thanks for watching! For this flight, it was actually easy. I think we booked it around 6-8 weeks before the flight, or we were just lucky that no one else booked it 😉 have a nice day!
A very detailed video, thanks for sharing, how did it feel having the screen further away? I'm guessing the only negative, is you can't play games on it, especially hard for children, but the extra leg room ilooks great! 👍
@@disneyprincess820 Hi there! That’s what I was thinking too before I booked the bulkhead seat 😉. But probably after half an hour into the flight, I got used to it being far away and using the handset instead of the touch screen. The extra legroom was definitely a big advantage. 😊 …many thanks for watching and subscribing!
hi Craig, thank you for watching! ☺️ for me Premium Eco is worth it bec you also get slightly more seat width, an armrest for yourself instead of shared, slightly more recline and if you’re 2 people travelling together, it’s a nicer experience rather than having a third person beside you. And for some flights, you can take advantage of Book the Cook. 😉 have a nice day!
I flew NYC to BKK on Singapore Airlines Premium Economy (via Singapore) on March 6th, 2024. Very disappointing. It is basically an economy experience with better seats. The food was nothing exceptional (economy style food), no water in the sink bathrooms at the back of the plane to wash your hands, my TV display stopped working 4 hours into the 19 hour flight, I paid extra for a exit seat, but the seat was cramped and no storage room. Nobody could access the internet because of a server error, eventually I got access through a free voucher the head flight attendant gave me (after asking 10 times). The onboard staff were fine, but more focused on getting everyone asleep so they would have nothing to do. I have traveled Premium on United, Delta and Emirates, Singapore was such a let down. Their product is NOT recommended, overpriced and nothing special.
Oh sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience. I didnt have issues on my flight. Btw, which one do you prefer between United or Delta premium economy? Thanks
Depends on where you are going. United to Asia usually through SFO or Chicago, as Delta go through Seoul and that transfer is miserable. But never again Singapore Airlines, I was so excited to do the NYC to SIN flight, and so disappointed, I didn't even include all of the negatives in my review as I would have sounded like a Karen. lol @@jeoandjohi
@@PatrikJason I see, thanks! My mom just booked Delta premium eco US to Asia. Will see how it goes 😉. I understand you were disappointed, I hope you wont have the same experience again, maybe was just that flight. Btw, EVA is very good too ☺️
@@jeoandjohi Delta Premium is excellent, I have flown that too, just don't like transiting through Seoul as it is a bit burdensome the way they process international passengers connecting, so I avoid Seoul. I have also flown Eva and no complaints.
Hi Mark, thanks for watching 😊. The window seat next to me has an armrest by the window, not that wide though. You can see it slightly at timestamp 1:17 😊 Have a nice day!
@jeoandjohi I fly next week on SQ and would just like to know what is their native language as I would like to thank them after the flight. Is it Malay or mandarin? Thanks and great video
Hey thank you for watching! 😊 from the SQ flights I took, as far as I can remember I think I’ve heard them talk in singaporean chinese (mandarin) and singlish. Enjoy your flight with SQ, they’re really great 😉 ✈️
Unfortunately the experience is very different for an average height male (5’8”) in the rows that are not the bulkhead. It’s not that different to economy with bulkhead legroom. My advice is don’t waste your money on Singapore Air Premium Economy. It’s more economy and less premium.

Of coarse the back seats in premium economy recline 🤬

The cabin crew still wore mask 😷 and googles?? I thought they already dropped it?

Indeed! its a very good prem eco product. Thank you and thanks for watching. Have a nice day! 😉
how easy did you find it to choose the seats you wanted for the flight?

Nice vid. Is the cost worth Prem or Eco is just as good ? Other than the leg room I do not see much difference. What is your view ?

Thank you 🙏 Appreciate the quick reply
I wish to travel where no liquor served
I had 5 flights with Saudia Airlines and there was no liquor served
Best to not let other people affect your life, do your thing and let others choose for themselves, just look the other way.

Just getting priority check in, priority boarding and 32 kg luggage allowance is already a deal breaker.
Not cool to be doing a review and talking loudly while sitting beside a stranger.
Hope you asked for his permission before filming him beside you.
Hey Chris, thanks for watching! Yes I asked permission because we know each other, that’s Johi on the window seat. 😉
