super thin DOF could be a disadvantage. The super35 is perfect for film.
@SwitchRich but using RF as a mirrorless mount gives way to speedboosters - like the ones Canon announced alongside it with the integrated ND slots and focal reduction. So same amount of light and wider FOV. I think it makes a lot of sense, see Komodo with a similar concept!

This is what I love about Sony. Zero fear to fill "lower" models with great specs so as to not ruin sales on their top end items. It's like they looked at Canon and said "yeah lets not do that"

Is it just me who is distracted with the banding/slow-flicker on the neon sign behind Matti.
I came to the comments just to make sure I wasn't the only one.
It´s not just a flicker, it´s wider than the sign size.
@@nuiyoubysusanametzger3759 I noticed that as well but just assumed it was casting out with the light of the sign. If you notice it is something to do with the sign because it goes behind his head rather than in front of it.

2020 is shaping up to be the year every manufacturer releases the best they've got, amazing!
1. My jeans ripped just watching the intro.
2. Most of the stuff you like about this camera is stuff I don’t want from a cinema camera upgrade, which is funny.
The built-in ND and Cinetone are definitely the top upgrades for me, just not for the cost vs the a7S III.
Personally, all I want is improved dynamic range, but at the same time these FX6 reviews are showing me just how dang good the a7S III really is.

The intro footage was amazing! While I was watching it I was thinking man it must have taken a long time to edit this. Great work. The Sony menus take some learning but eventually you will know them. The my menu feature is very helpful.

I have a R6 and previously owned SONY A6400. I tell you honestly sony autofocus is way ahead of canon. Not that canon's not good but sony is just better.
