The moment Star Wars died for millions of europeans. The americans love family dramas. The europeans love knight storys and wanted to see a marriage between Luke and Leya. It got worse later with both are brother and sister. I know nobody from my generation who liked it.

This is like changing the ending scene to Gone With The Wind to "Frankly I Don't Give A Damn" from "Frankly My DEAR I Don't Give A Damn".
I a photographic memory, and I remember watching this for the first time and wondering why everyone quoted it wrong. After much study I found the answer. (Edit: Birthday Year 1987) How the Nelson Mandela effect works is simple. It is a game of telephone, because the internet did not exist in the early 90's, and due to the fact that life lived rather then video on a screen. There were only memories, and those memories can very blurry. While these are common factors, the major reason the "Nelson Mandela effect" is so very ominous is because we all had that one friend who's mother talked to much. More often then not she was a parrot and would just repeat what she heard, and then us a children would hear that friend talk about his mother like she was the messiah and then in our mind name it gospel. I'm sure if you look back through all your memories this will come up at one time or another. Why did it happen is the question you should ask yourself. It is simple, that friend's mom wanted to be the talk of the town, so she would do anything to be heard by other mothers. Remember there is no social media at that time, and the only way for you to be the talk of the town is to have other children talk about you as a mother. Afterwards it was a waterfall effect, mothers playing telephone through their kids. With that being said you now can hear your mom saying something to you, and you now repeating back. "Well my mom said..." We have one timeline, get it right, or it will get you right in the wrong way...
No if it was the Mandela effect then there'd be no proof of him saying Luke The Mandela effect wipes out what ppl thought happened, it doesn't let any proof from the past apart from ppl saying that he said the other thing go through.

the only thing that gave it away was the high end frequencies of the "luuuuke".
it doesn't match up with any of the other tonal qualities of the rest of vaders lines.
on cheaper headphones and dinkier speakers you'd most likely have a hard time hearing it, but i assure it's there.
goodstuff.
To all the poopy heads saying this is fake due to people thinking it was luke i am your father george lucas actually decided to remaster the film and changed it from no i am your father to luke i am your father
No bro. The vhs version had no, I am your father. But the original cinema version had the no like, I am your father. Which is why there is such a confusion
@@doc6188 yeah like
this is not true there never was a Luke I am your father. It has always been No, I am your father.
And if you say "Look Luke" ... three times fast, I'll give you a cracker. ;o)
@@doc6188 it didnt
It was Luke I'm your father. Just look at Two And a Half men. Episode The Lube and he says exactly what I remember. Luke I'm your father.
vaders like *dont jump dont jump dont jump dont jump*
*wow he really jumped, that really is my boy*
Did anyone watch this video a week or so ago and he said "No, I am your father"???? I swear on everything I did, and I reread all the same comments I read from a week ago so I am 100% positive, and at the time I could find no video where he said "Luke, I am your father" just people here talking about how the old VHS version said it, now it's mixed in with comments that weren't here a week ago saying it was always "No, I am your father" can anyone else confirm this????
Yes, I have watched it in the theater in 1980 and VHS and later DVD and it was always said: "No...I am your father" , no mention of Luke's name.
That's not how the Luke used to sound
It definitely says LUKE NOT NO! This has been annoying me for ages, thank you 🙏!
The original cinema version says “no Luke, I am your father”, but when they released the vhs tape they cut out Luke
@@TheSurgeExclusive not true
@@shardsoftime0952 what’s the truth?
@@simen27u19 it was always no i am your father
You can even find the original 35mm version of the scene
@@shardsoftime0952 I thought so too but what is this clip?
Someone take a video of putting a VHS into a player and watch the TV plays that scene, the I’ll believe it.
The moment Star Wars died for millions of europeans.
The americans love family dramas.
The europeans love knight storys and wanted to see a marriage between Luke and Leya.
It got worse later with both are brother and sister.
I know nobody from my generation who liked it.
the people who deny this are bots
Somekind of an undesired persona just f***ed with time, this is why we have two different versions of this scene now. By the effect, "Luke" has been overwritten with a "No".
Just like han solo shooting first being edited, this is the real one and always will be. No ands, ifs or butts about it.
True, this is in fact the version I remember.
It is not the original version as it always was: "No...I am your father" Luke's name was never in that phrase.
"LUKE, YOU DO NOT YET REALISE YOUR IMPORTANCE!"
I remember it as, “Lukie boy, I’m your daddyyyyyy!”
In the VHS it says Luke I am your father, but with modern version stick with no I am your father.
0:13 Uhh! Ho-wah!
I swear all the people here definitely don't watch star wars and just believe in the Mandela effect so they looked this up lol
Never heard, dont care, i just wanted to watch a version without luke throwing himself into hell.
It was no Mandela Effect! The phrase was always said: "No...I am your father". Only an idiot back in that time period got it wrong by including Luke's name, it never was mentioned in that phrase when I watched it at the cinema in 1980
Almost corrected. The original was said with a more pronouced "Luke."
He never said Luke
@@angerami77keep crying about it in every comment. 😂😂😂🤣 Poor kiddo.
@@bonesack6931 First of all i'm not the Kiddo responding to a 8 month comment of a correction.
I was trying to tell people that still believe this fake that he never said that.
1:08 he said Luke not no

Luke: But you're not a master right?
Darth Vader: No, i am yo ... say WHAT!?
pov you have big brain ears so you can realize that its editied
I heard "No, I am your father".
We would say Luke i am your father in a fan.
Okay I’m settling this thing I have a dvd from the 90’s of the movie and I will watch it and tell you guys
What did he say 😮
Well?
I saw empire in theaters 3 times, (yes I’m old) and it was always “No..I am your father” I even have the original FOX vhs tapes and Vader always said “No” NEVER Luke.
Matthew 9:37-38, Jesus told His disciples there's so much harvest, and not enough workers. So, pray to the Lord of the Harvest to send those who will reap the harvest of souls for the kingdom of God. Jesus encouraged His followers, in addition to the work ahead of them, to pray for workers to join them.
Lol
0:13 I always found the noise Vader made here to be funny
The other videos say "no, I am your father
I think everyone’s getting the no and the Luke at the same time because emperor Zurgs the one who says no buzz I am your father and their voices kinda sound similar
How well I know the cast of cobra Kai… I wonder what he’s impression was when he realizes father was Darth Vader… But they figured out an exit strategy for that 42 years ago
This is just a goarge Lucas edit 20 years after it came out
He indeed says "Luke".
no the other one was an alternative version,I could of sword he also said "No,I am your father"
This is when he says "No i am your farther" th-cam.com/video/bv20ZoBcdO8/w-d-xo.html
@@PurpleLightningYT there is another version where he says "no," but in the original he says luke.
@@klovesthem That is basically what I explained.
@@PurpleLightningYT i know, but i was just explaining because you never said anything about the original cut.
This is literally the same storyline as the Star Wars 9
"Ray, I am your grandfather"
Luke I am your father was edited in special edition.
it says LUKE in teh original script the way james earl jones remembers only they changed it to NO in the movie for some reason i remember LUKE oh wel
When it comes to the case of Luke
You are the father

These sounds are underrated
I don't know if this video has been edited or if it's the real thing but everybody including non Star Wars fans that watch this movie in the theater or on HBO or VHS all know Dark Vader said "Luke I am Your Farther". This is one of the greatest and famous movie scene in film history. This is like changing the ending scene to Gone With The Wind to "Frankly I Don't Give A Damn" from "Frankly My DEAR I Don't Give A Damn".
I this scene he says Luke but when you see in another video he says no,I am your father
I a photographic memory, and I remember watching this for the first time and wondering why everyone quoted it wrong. After much study I found the answer. (Edit: Birthday Year 1987)
How the Nelson Mandela effect works is simple.
So I have this on vhs from decades ago….
bro i can tell this is'nt even the mandela effect, its this dudes editing
It's the original one.
What i remember is "Ahh my nigga, I am the one who donated that semen
No Rey, I am your grandfather
he isnt her grandfather. she isnt related
Perfection exist.
What the hell, dude this is big, i get this was ROTJ deleted scenes but i think this universe swapped it.
No if it was the Mandela effect then there'd be no proof of him saying Luke
The Mandela effect wipes out what ppl thought happened, it doesn't let any proof from the past apart from ppl saying that he said the other thing go through.
@@redguywithatophat1900 It's called residue
@@mobg813 but the Mandela effect never does that. So keep on begging to yourself that this is true when it isn't.
