Thank you so much for having this on youtube. We do not have a lymphatic massage therapist where I live. I've developed some intense swelling on my right lower leg that is accompanied by cellulitis. You're an awesome teacher I appreciate what you're showing me.

    ... as a German Biologist -
this is the TOP Rank priority in ALL health!
As Toxxins and metabolites accumulate -
    causing chronic Inflammation -
this creates Chain Reactions for All Diseases to develop.
Mental Health and Clarity is based on Lymphatic clearance.
    The tragiq part is
    - with Inflammation we have decline in cognitive function
and sense the urge for Self medication
    in abusing “pain killers”
    which starts a train wreck
then the best medicine will not “help”
The entire World health is based on this..
You should start a SCHOOL to train this!
    Ignorance is lethal

Thanks for this and all your great videos. Would you please consider making a split video for paraplegic patients recovering from breast cancer. My friend is paralysed from the waist down since a car accident many years ago, and struggles for exercises. If she could watch your videos, she could get a helper for the lower body exercises morning and night for 5 minutes, and do the upper body by herself during the day in a chair. Again thank you. You can’t imagine how much you help women to regain part of their identity, vitality and joy after life-changing illness. ❤

Thank you so much for you kindness and support! I really appreciate it! And thank you for sharing your ideas. That’s a wonderful idea! I do have a few seated/chair exercise routines on my channel that hopefully could be helpful and a place to start from in the meantime 😊 sending my best to you both!

Great video, I was looking for this kind of exercise routine and found you. I was diagnosed with lymphedema last week, 10 months after radiation treatment and my PT appointments starting next week but I’m so happy I found your channel. I’ve learned so much about my condition already. Thank you Kelly. Loving your channel.

Hi! I love this information. I'm a yoga teacher and sometimes I have students coming in with lymphedema. I wanted to ask if a constant movement in this particular case is preferable than holding the positions as poses, or it's just something you do and there is no hierarchy?
