great video demonstrations. You would be a great speaker to present at the Fat Disorders Resource Society (FDRS). Many women have lymphedema and lipedema and your lymphatic techniques would be a great addition to their conference. Also would love to see a video on vibration board and suggestions for this for beginners with lymphatics and also one on scalp/head lymphatic release/drainage would be amazing. Thanks for your wonderful content.

The chair exercise are perfect, I am immobile Your timing and instructions are so easy to follow. Thank.you so much and bless you for all you do. I feel so much better.
Hey! Kelly, the workouts are good stress relief! That get that circulation going! I've even been using the routine at the bus 🚌 stops to keep up 😅 my horse power while out and about! I think 🤔 the moves are pretty incon- spicuous by the movements being so small! They keep me warm and motivated for the walk back! Have a nice 👍 day! And a Happy 😊 New Years! PS: I saw that you got married lately? I think, so enjoy! I pray it'll be a long and happy union!
This is very interesting and something I'd like to start doing to help with my immune deficiencies. I not have my tonsils or my spleen, do you have a routine that would be more specific and /or beneficial to help deal with that. Thank you. PS, I also have R/A
Excellent. I will be 96 next month. Have been diagnosed as having Sjogren’s Syndrome. Kelly’s videos are helping greatly.
