I don't know if there will ever be a "final" product. We will probably just get to the end of what is sensible for this bike and then move on to another bike.
Awesome, still considering to buy all the parts you been showing in all your episode. Except the tank pads since my mt25 tank look different and also the throttle housing is different might think to customize it, anyway awesome video and guide, love it. Keep it up
You keep watching and we will keep making them. Some fun content is coming your way soon. We have had the chance to shoot material for the next three episodes. GOOD EPS COMING !!
Mark, Really appreciate all the hard work and rnd going into this build. Will there be a seperate install video for that Motion Pro throttle tube assembly? Also any plans for offering custom ecu flashes even for stock exhaust? Thank you.
We do plan on filming an install video down the road, not sure if it will be on this bike or another but yes, for sure! As far as ECU flashes go, I'll talk with our engineering team and see what we can do!
you can take your stock on and off switch and cut it down to a smaller size and you won’t have to buy another one! I did it to mind if I could put a picture in this thing I would!
A smaller size results in more rotation to open the throttle fully. What you want is a larger diameter of the driving pulley so you have to go up on size. Some DIY people glue a zip tie flat part to the oem reel to get that result.
Is it possible to improve brakes without removing ABS? On TST site I can see brake lines only for no-ABS R3.. Would be great to see more content on brakes improvement, since it is safety.
There are a few things you can do to improve the braking performance without removing the ABS, changing out the pads and/or rotors, and even the stock lines (while retaining ABS).
@@TSTindustries The way I undarstand it brake liquid becomes hot, expands plastic lines making brakes ineffective. To avoid this they put armored lines so they keep hot fluid without damage to lines. Stronger brake pads will put more load to brake lines. So the whole point of armored lines is to be able to afford better brake pads and avoid overheating problems. From TST video and product description I got different (better) brakes and lines just mess with ABS because it is tuned for stock braking process. I wonder, is it okay to just replace stock lines and pads with armored fluid lines and stronger pads. Will it mess with ABS?
somewhere around 559 bucks with springs included. We sell them through our store: tstindustries.com/andreani-misano-fork-cartridge-kit-yamaha-r3-2019-mt-03-2020.html
Maybe its just me, but we really DO NOT mind the longer videos. The more detailed the better, especially if you're focusing on the product, technical features, installation, tips and tricks...etc
Would love to see the rev2 being insalled ! PS we would love 4 hour episodes 😜✊🏼
We will more than likely get around to filming an install video down the road but those 4 hour episodes might be a little too much. ;)
Instablaster.
Im really excited for the final product

does tst has a set of brake hoses for abs version?
Not at this time.
On your site I cannot find the Rev2 Throttle kit
We used the R3 specific one for the MT03
The r3 throttle cables are shorter than the mt03 ones, how did you guys make that work?

What is the price for those cartridges for your front tubes?

Thanks for the feedback!
Would we lose the emergency flashers with this new start/stop switch?
As of now, yes.
I'll stick with GT Ergonomics throttle grip tubes....machined aluminum, changeable cams and nylon, or delrin bushings.

Cool!
