    I told my wife when she becomes better at her riding skills I was goingnto trade her MT-03 in on a better bike more power well you guys know what I mean this is when she said no you're not she loves her bike

      @TSTindustries  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      For a few bucks you can make that bike more agile, lighter, and stronger. It doesn't make sense to trade it in, especially if she loves it.

    As I see you reply to every comment and hopefully mine too, does that pin stand work on a Yamaha MT03 2016 too? Or can you explain to me if there are other methods too? (I saw theres something called a central stand but I dont know where to jack it up on the bike) Best regards

      Those pin stands accept different size pins for various bikes. You just measure the opening ine the bottom of your triple clamp and get appropriate pin. Several companies make them. Although you are probably outside USA. You can get these stands locally.

    are there recommended settings for the Andreani kit? I just had the K-Tech Razor-R and Andreani Fork Cartridge Kit installed today by a shop, but its a bit too stiff. K-Tech lists recommended settings in the owner manual, but Andreani doesn't. Help

      Spring setting should be done by sag adjustment using the 17mm preload adjusters up top. For me and my riders I typically set sag with rider 2/3 of the stroke from the bottom so that you have 2/3 of available stroke in down direction and 1/3 up. Then we adapt to the conditions of the track and riding style with adjustments based on rider input. For damping i close the valves to the bottom ising the 3mm hex adjusters up top, then open them up 2-2.5 turn, and again depending on what the bike feels like in the given track conditions, we adjust on input from rider. There is no one best set point that will work universally. For a proper suspension you will have to adjust after the initial setup that is just a starting point. You will also evolve with the bike and suspension once you start taking advantage of these new tech bits so you will likely start demanding more from the package. This will lead you to need to fine adjust some more. I hope this helps you some.

    why dont u guys have any accessories for the 2016s model mt03, so sad

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Because we did not receive the MT-03 in North America in 2016. We cannot make parts for a bike we don't have access to.

    Hi guys.
    What is the shock absorber fork oil ratio? .... 5w...10w ...15w .?
    Thank you.

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      We use 5W because the shim stack is built for that viscosity oil. Pouring 5 in the stock setup will make the bike into a pogo stick.

    Is that right or left handed threads to get the inner tube out of the stanchion I got the set screw out but can't get it to budge I used heat and penetrating oil still nothing

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Standard right hand thread but on some of these the set screw mars the surface of the tube and then the tube can jam the threads. When you back out the set screw make sure you inspect the surface i as making contact with and clean it up with a Dremel before attempting to spin it out of the stanchion

    This bike its more than fun it a perfectly way to ride it (for me) Its 3 things in one Sport /Midmoto/Street Bike
    Now with this suspension will have a better performance on the track and in the streets.
    You guys always bring the right Mods for the MT⁰3.
    *When will be this available (?)

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Front suspension is not an absolute magic for everyone. It gives you adjustability around a midpoint that is set to your riding style but ultimately if you are just commuting then maybe it's not the right modification for you. If you ride with spirit and take it to the track often you will appreciate the added performance and adjustability. It will make riding over very rough terrain and bumpy streets worse, and riding with a passenger will also be worse.
      We will make this available as soon as our distributor gives us the go signal for MT03. The cartridges we are using are from an R3
