How to remove the clutch cable from the inside of the barrel. Ive done the exact procedure to get it to the point but I cant get it to pull out without having to exert lots of force on it, force i cant get a grab ahold of enough to do. This is also my first bike....so no experience other than basic car maintenance like oil change etc.
You can pull on the clutch mechanism on the right side of the bike and lock it in place - that way there will be less struggle when you're pulling on the clutch levers.
Yes, there is that method. It just adds a bunch of time to the process and truthfully without that step there is no big struggle.
Just installed mine. Clutch was a bit of a struggle, but the brake one was a pleasant surprise based on how easy it was. One question. How do I know if I fixed my clutch cable properly? Other than that, really nice kit!
You make sure that there is just enough slack in the cable that the clutch is not partially engaged in the entire travel of the steering, then lock down on the adjuster.

Our buds at Womet-Tech really did a great job on those levers. Ergonomics are really good, feel is great, and they fit all their applications with minimal play. Oh, and they look the biz too.
What if the nut is stuck on the pivot bolt? The bolt isn’t spinning, the nut is spinning and won’t loosen anymore or tighten

I have that same Stanley ratchet in my tool box, my instructor laughed at it when I brought it to class, but then he tried it and said he wished he had one.
I know...my friends are like "Snaponnnnn, Matco.....etc" and I'm like I can do it faster and easier with this 30 dollar ratchet.

@@Sraparker my original one came from Home D back when Husky was making them under license from whoever holds the patent. My second one, the yellow one you see in this video came from some random online retailer. Do a search for Stanley Rotator Ratchet and you will see the choices.

Had to change them on my wife's MT-03 nice let off on them the oem made her little hands hurt can i ask you what the read switch function is i thought it was a kill switch when the bike was in gear while starting
From my understanding, the clutch read switch is there to kill the bike if you start it in gear without the clutch lever pulled in. So sorta is a kill switch. Not sure if it works in tandem with the kickstand switch though.
There is a starter disconnect circuit that works with kickstand switch, clutch switch, and neutral position in gear indicator sensor. All of these things weigh in on whether or not the starter will turn on. The clutch switch is just one of those devices in this circuit. The other side is the brake read switch. When you press in brake lever the brake light turns on in the tail light.

I got one of those Stanley's at the shop. Hate it! Lol sticks when you wanna switch it from loose to tight and it flops around because the twisty thing is junk. Also in a rough shop the rubber has got all dinged and it feels like junk in my hand.

That is pretty simple. If we don't currently stock a specific Womet-Tech product then you can make a custom order. If Womet-Tech has any quantity of that part it will be on the next shipment to us. Typically we get two large shipments per month.
any news when will this come back in stock? just found out you ship to my country and was looking for these levers, the tank grip and the frame slider from womet tech.. there's really nothing like it where I live, and sadly this bike is really extremely unpopular, so parts and accessories are hard to come by

Bothers me there's little I can find in the newer color scheme. I know its not necessary but the cyan is missing so far as I can tell.

They are in fact in stock right now. It would make me very happy to have all the items available in stock for you but the unfortunate thing is that our world is in turmoil right now and raw material procurement has severe delays. This slows down our replenishment beyond what we can control.

I took the clutch lever off and now I can't fit it back on with either the new or old clutch lever now. has anyone else had this issue?
Loosen the perch and move it away from the switch body. You will have more access that way and be able to fit it back in.
Do these also fit 2016-2019 MT03?
We cannot guarantee that at this time as the North American market received the MT-03 in 2020.

Unfortunately we do not have that model in the North American market so we cannot confirm or deny fitment at this time.
Look on the oem parts mt15 vs mt03 if they use the same part no then its a 100% fit
Every video of these guys produce the hundred miles away from the subject matter. I’d really like to see the close-up of the parts that the manipulating so that we get a better idea of how to work on our bikes. I do love their products and I do love the company, but please do a better job with instructional videos.
