Wow thank you SO much for this comment 🙏. It's things like this that mean the world to me and get me even more motivated . I guess you checked out my previous one as well then? I hope you stay tuned for future videos! Thanks again, for real.
Thank you so much, this means a lot and keeps me making new videos! I dropped a new video about a recipe today so if you want you can check it out! No tweaks there though 😄
@@olivertrees Haha sorry for the delayed reply. What I did was take some shots that I shot in RAW, hit the Q button on the X-S10 then adjusted the settings as per the recipe
The X-T5 has a different sensor than the X-S10. This is the recipe for the X-T5 fujixweekly.com/2022/12/06/pacific-blues-fujifilm-x-t5-x-trans-v-film-simulation-recipe/ Keep in mind this is the base recipe where I did some tweaks to get the results you see in this video. Try to make the same changes to the X-T5 Pacific Blues recipe and your results will be very similar!
great video and great tips. Is there a possibility that you could describe to us a little in which simulation you recorded this video and how you did the color correction? the picture is fantastic.
Thank you so much! would have to check but if I remember correctly this was shot in Classic Chrome straight out of camera and added Blase Pivovar's Meadow LUT C at 75% in Final Cut. I think that's all I did 🤔. Not even color wheel corrections if I'm not mistaken.
Thanks.
Maybe it's just me an the X-T5 but, has anyone else the "issue" that if you're shooting in one of those custommade recipes that the camera takes ages to save the image?
No problem and thank you for the comment! I shot this on my X-S10 which has the exact same sensor as the X100V so you should be golden. Kind of jealous about your camera to be honest... Thanks again!
I love what the pacific blues recipe does with the blues; however, when shooting anything else other than beach scenes, the yellowish tones are way too overpowering. And if you reduce the color temperature then the blues are not magical anymore =(.
Yeah this could very well be true! I shot on 5800K which is almost daylight and I thought this was a pretty well rounded recipe for a lot of situations. Sure not every picture was spot on and if I think about it, maybe the beach was kind of too much on some pictures to be honest so you could be right. I would say just tweak it the way you like it!
Your recipe differs a lot from the original Pacific Blues so i think you should clame this one as your own and maybe give the recipe your on naming 👍🏼👍🏼
Thanks a lot for the compliment Daniel! I did really like a lot about this recipe, but some things needed to be changed in my opinion. I'm glad you liked my tweaks. Maybe I should call this the "JD Create" recipe. I like the idea.
Subscribed.
Hope to see many more videos on your channel.

This was a awesome video and I love your look and shots, subbed! 🖼️
I subscribed before you asked 😄 I like the customizations you did to the recipe
Thank you very much, it really means a lot. Posting a new video today!

how do you apply recipes to raw files?

Greet Work , Thank You 🙏🏻
You say that this recipe doesn’t maych the X-T5 , can we have it ?

@@AntonJDCreatives thx :)
Great video! After seeing a couple of your videos I was wondering if you are Dutch. The display of your camera gave it away. Lekker bezig!

Any recipe that has a clarity setting applied will take longer to process.
Thanks a ton for that hint. Wouldn’t have found it otherwise 😅 I‘ll just change it in post then
Indeed this seems to be the case with my X-S10 as well.
thank you for this bro. what cam are you shooting on? i recently got an x100v and hoping your recipe translates well on this cam!

where the hell did you find an x100v? how much was it lol
@@wesleychapman9001 I guess we are just out here looking for X100V's like Jordan Belfort was after Quaaludes.
@@AntonJDCreatives hahaha for real tho! I just picked up an X-s20 to scratch that itch.
Subbed😊
