One research using TMG, found that after a massage, the mucsle contraction time increased. Meaning, you're less explosive.

    I'm curious-
Do you have any tips on balancing training goals? I want to work on speed, but I also play lots of volleyball, as well as hoping to do some bodybuilding to improve my physique.
Also- Nice to see more uploads from you! One of the best presenters on the planet when it comes to being informative & insightful while also captivating/keeping the audience engaged!

Many thanks. Great question👍. A tough question. Let me think on that one and try and put it in a video.

Do you have a sprint program? I have watched all of your videos. And I love your point of view. It feels like you have a lot of knowledge by learning from your mistakes.
    Greetings from Glasgow.

I've always found them to be a waste of time, but I'll have to reconsider and do some trial-and-error with this. Thanks, as always, for the impressively understandable and entertaining, quality content!

Thought-provoking and informative, as always. Also, I really chuckled on the craftsman part XD.

And i'm going to ask the next question then: does foam rolling actually do anything? I've heard both good and bad about recovery, injury prevention, flexibility, relaxation... Many of the studies were bro-science, very limited, or ended with "further research is needed". So most of the time i ended up on the side of "why bother then". Can you convince us to do foam rolling? :D

I read in one book that it works, and is part of corrective functionality, but needs to be done for a few minutes on the same spot at least about 3-4 x a week. No pain, no gain?

Interesting question György... I think maybe this needs a Part 2 ;)
