Apart from the brilliant content you always provide, the amount of effort you put into all the different characters, outfits and locations, it's just amazing! Also, i've experienced it recently. I'm 30, have been cycling for all my life, also doing parkour for many years, but in the past 2 years i had injures, then nasty insomnia (maybe from covid? Idk), so i wasn't able to train, got sick so many times i can't even keep count, and i feel like i got old in just a year or so. Now trying to building up my fitness again, but damn it is a scary and sad experience to see myself as a 50-60 years old man. And so many people live like this...
H.I.I.T and mindfulness meditation have been proven to help the Telomerase activity that your DNA need to keep going... from what I've read... So yeah, doing sprints with meditation (not at once, unless your clever...) will help reduce the signs of aging... Thanks for the video...
Isn't it funny how people will have certain hobbies or eating habits and say "it's genetic" or "our ancestors did this/ate this" but will never admit running (which was the deciding factor between life and death (see persistence hunting)) is also genetic and predisposed. They cherry pick whatever will allow themselves to be lazy. Our biomechanics, the ability to cool ourselves while running, unlike other species, is what set us apart and helped us thrive. This isn't even scratching the surface on what it does for us biometrically, and how it boosts everything from brain plasticity, performance, longevity, confidence, etc. The carryover actually spills over into everything. Imagine how many billions, possibly trillions, of dollars would be saved by not needing to buy the staggering quantities of self help books, ranging from confidence, to sexual health to living well to performance to creativity to aesthetics to longevity, and so many more. Less time spent Googling a bunch of aches, pains, and mysterious ailments, and more time "living your best life" or whatever the new hashtag is.
Essop the kindest, most humble & most educational TH-camr of all times. Never stop what you do my brotha. You make the world a better place.

Thoroughly enjoyed.
Awesome video 👍
A return to the sine qua non
Correct: it's not aging, but laziness that causes diseases to appear...😉
