This is probably the favorite teppanyaki shop I've ever watched. The quality of the ingredients and dishes is top-notch, yet there's no excessive packaging. And chife is super care of his knife.
And it's not pretentious like a lot of restaurants that serve Wagyu, it has a laid back vibe. Also a good deal for the quantity and quality that you're getting.
That was about $120 US dollars or 96 British lbs sterling. Not bad for 13oz A5 wagyu with accoutrements. Here in the US would gave been quadruple that price!
i've always liked your videos. Teppanyaki ASMR. The dude massacred the cut of that steak, Thinner on one side. And all the drama and hacking as he tried to cut the piece. A great vid nonetheless. Send a doggie bag when you get a chance.
I did look for a while and think, wow, he’s rubbish with his knife. Kept watching and clearly the Wagyu is frozen. So fair play to him. Wagyu literally melts with body heat, so makes sense it’s frozen for butchery
Looks like the wrong knife for the first slice (too short). It may be #5 wagyu, but just my ballpark, everything looks amateur: the cutting style, rinsing off the knife and just rubbing it off on a towel that gets disdainfully thrown onto some counter-top, trimming angles that then later get trimmed off .... A major thing in restaurants is presentation, and that guy looks more like a street vendor in a baseball cap than a chef. I guess the meal is inexpensive relative to classier places?
I come here to find peace, but what triggered me was the bill. The meat was higher quality than most Teppanyakis, but the Chef seemed a little inexperienced. I would have thought of maybe 40k to 60k Japanese yuan.
Chef needs a bigger knife to slice the wagyu. Then he didn't cut it straight. When he trims it, there is too much waste. I think wagyu is supposed to be cooked a bit more to melt the fat evenly.
What a shame, never eaten Wagyu in my life, but seeing that being cut up like that is heartbreaking, cow fat is the best fat!! Give me the trimming and i will take home please lol
Is it just me or did he take way too long to cook the steak ? He kept flipping it even after he let it rest and he didn't cook the sides like th3 other chefs in the other videos. He didn't seem experienced like the others
Billy Bob's backyard Billiards are cutting and serving Wagyu steak now? I was waiting for him to pull out a pair of scissors or a chainsaw to get that cut. 🤡✔

Another Teppanyaki video to relax and fall asleep to. Thanks as always Aden.
I love this guy's handiwork, he's so gentle!! I wish I had seen him plate each vegetable 😭
That is what you call respect for your cooking ingredients ❤

Meanwhile I was an idiot and read the Yen sign as a 7 and i was like that was $4000!?!?
Thank you Aden. I think this meal was very good value for money.
Do they charge by weight?
Looks delicious. Just wish more bigger portions
Bro thats 330g
@@OpieLindachasper that’s an appetizer. I would have left there hungry ! Lol
Maybe regular steak. Wagyu is so rich, a few bites is good for me. Need some balance in the meal, personally
I love how it's a hole in the wall down an alleyway.
With all due respect, after a morning of training, I think most could by afternoon meet this chef's level of expertise.
That was a truly substantial piece of beef. If that qualifies as medium though I'm ordering extra extra well done.
moschesch utchitza, i sdelaetj sam...😉
Recommended?
I would have had 3 beers by now.
The chef needs a bigger knife to slice the Wagyu.
Also, the chef needs to practice more.
But what did it taste like?
A great watch. Thank you!
Big steak for Wagyu, it's usually tiny.
Nice 👍🏻
chef hands tremble at cutting the serve
Love ❤
heavenly food for gods
Wrong knife 😂
❤
Delicious looking meal.
I love Aden Films
Have you heard the song Egypt, Egypt by the Egyptian Lover ?
I think the Chef would benefit from sharpening his knife. I'm sure the food is amazing!
You do know it’s frozen right ? Amateur comment
It doesn't look like he knows how to cut it properly, frozen or not. His knife is too small and he is hacking away instead of cutting smoothly!
@@jmWhyMe exactly. he should have used at least a 17" slicing knife.
@@socallawrence lol... I was talking about while its on the flat top... Guess you are the amateur.

I’m just embarrassed watching the whole fiasco 😮
I noticed those thing ad well
Also, serving the veggies on aluminium foil. Just wrong.

Was that a watermelon slice he grilled ?
looks like maybe papaya
I think it is guava

May I confirm this address? 2 Chome-5-7 Higashishinsaibashi, Chuo Ward, Osaka

Too much A5 wagyu wasted
Why oil to cook the wagyu? The fat would just melt and cook in its own fat

this chef's knife skill seemed not as clean as others in different videos....
22:07 too much of wasabi on here 😅
I've heard that real wasabi isn't as strong and harsh as the fake horseradish stuff.

why not slice it before freezing? because they are delivered frozen like this?

at this point are you paying for beef or fat though
This guy doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing.
Blasphemy cooking that steak medium.
Blasphemy on how dull the knife was trying to cut it
@@timgargan718You know that it was frozen, right?
What’s it to you how someone chooses to have THIER steak cooked. It’s their money. Just $hut up and watch the video.

I’d rather have that cow over a bed of Kingsford charcoal.
Sprinkle some Lawrys seasoning and black pepper.
Pare it perfectly with a Cold can of beer.
horrible.. meat with wasabi and soy sauce??!!!
His hands are shaking. Can't handle the camera pressure?
And I bet it's still little bit undercooked inside
I don't know what's so special with wagyu beef. The meat has more fat than the meat itself. I don't like the taste. For me...
Have you ever tryed the wagyu?
Well that beef may well be expensive but it still just looks like a large lump of fat with random streaks of meat running through it here and there.
So sad... all fat cut off. Fat makes the taste... I'm frustrated. Only my 2 cents.
Worst knife ever..
