1940 Ford, getting the front fenders to align (attempt 1)

Lookin good Gary. One of the TH-cam guys that I use to watch would buy rubber boat trailer rollers that could be cut with a chop saw in the thickness that was needed for body mounts. That might work pretty well for your application

Stand at the back and eyeball the body line. That will tell you the direction you need to go with the body and the front end.

WoW ! That was all built up with filler before ? Crazy things some people do.
