Interesting, my mother is 87 and is very healthy. No disease. She Does Not drink or smoke, she Laughs every day, still watches cartoons and is social in her quaint village. Lives alone which can add years to your health if it's what You want. Has no stress and is the happiest overall person I've ever known. Simple lady but beautiful elegant and a sense of humor. I am blessed to still have my mother. I love you!

I'm convinced that to achieve the good health everyone is seeking, we must tap into something that goes beyond just eating healthy, not that I'm disregarding the importance of a healthy diet. Some individuals, like your mother, naturally connect with that source of health. The vast majority of long-lived people share a similar temperament with your mother.

My grandmother was ahead of time when it came to nutrition and vitamins. She was a vitamin taker in the 60's. So Suzanne Somers was a complete delight. I loved her books, her happy spirit. Our Healthcare system is broken. It works in tandem with the food industry and they both need an overhaul. RIP Suzanne, you did all God sent you here to do. Educate and inform people. They are all bad news and go by the standard of care....put upon them by the medical system who do not want you cured ever! They just want to treat the symptoms and have you on pills for the rest of your life. And the pills make you sick. That's what Rothchild wanted after he made his investment by buying the Pharma business from a friend of Hitler's who made stuff for the war...he wanted a financial kick back for his investment! and 70% of America are on pills! NOW!... They outlawed natural cures... and Marijuana...everything that helped people for years ....they are treacherous!...@@juliamcdonnell2192

I was sadly surprised hearing of her passing. I remember Suzanne talking about all the vitamins she takes, her organic garden, etc. It’s crazy how life picks and chooses who is going to make it. My grandmother is 93, still works, dances, exercises, mentally sharp and she never takes vitamins. She drinks milk and has meat every day, was an alcoholic up to the age of 50 before becoming sober. She has an amazing attitude and doesn’t stress. She always says, “I’ll let God take care of my worries.” I think you have to live your life, try and make good choices, but don’t over think it. If you speak to those who made it to 90-100 years, 99% of them did not do anything extreme with their diet or lifestyle.

@@mayiakashmurr3000 I’m actually a patient of Dr Gundry. I went to him in 2020 with RA. He ran lots of blood work and it took me sometime where I finally started to do it a 100%. ( I cheated for the first 6 months) oh and Dr Gundry knew.. I finally show no signs of RA and have stopped all meds for it for over a year now. Yes it does work. But it isn’t cheap. I buy all my meat and fish from places that are free of antibiotics.. I have to pay a lot out of pocket to have all these test done. Is it worth it ? Absolutely yes.

Cancer treatments, perhaps a facelift - both can cause death from any infections or complications!

All seems so sketchy to me; why did it have to end this way?

I just finished watching the Susanne/Dr G interview. Very informative. I had not followed Susanne the last few years. Just hearing a bit when she was at an event and the paparazzi did a photo and article. She was no ditsy blonde and kudos to her for all the research and books regarding organic foods and hormone replacement therapy.
I truly believe environment plays a factor in good health too. She was living in a desert area, warm and sunshine most of the year. I’m in the Midwest. :( Also, her loving husband and family supported her and that’s a big longevity factor. In listening to her, I feel motivated to do better with my food choices. It’s not easy.
I wish for the dear husband to take care of himself and for the family to be near him. He surely needs the spiritual comfort. I extend sincere condolences to all. Susanne’s energy will always be around. Take care🙏🏻🌈🌎
