➤ How to install and use iCloud for Windows 10?
⏳ 0:15 STEP 1: Firstly, go to Microsoft store and download this iCloud for Windows 10 software.
⏳ 0:44 STEP 2: Now sign in with your Apple ID and password same as on your iPhone/ iPad.
⏳ 1:02 STEP 3: Now setup iCloud for Windows 10 software preferences as per tutorial instructions.
⏳ 3:24 STEP 4: If you want, you can change iCloud storage using this iCloud for Windows 10 software if you already sold your iPhone or facing issues on iPhone/ iPad changing iCloud Storage.
⏳ 3:48 STEP 5: You can access your iCloud Drive on your Windows PC from system tray on the bottom right corner. Just tap on iCloud icon in the list to reveal more options.

When i install it says
There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

Great job. I need to download some photos to pc desktop then delete them from iPhone. How can I do this without doing each seprately?
If you delete on one place, it'll automatically gets deleted from the other place as photos are synced with iCloud. However, it is very very slow on windows and works much faster on a Mac.

Friendly Vikas How do keep my photos and videos on my pc even if I delete from my iphone ? I want to keep photos and videos on my pc even after I delete it from my phone. On my old pc it would stay on pc even if I deleted from my phone, now on my new pc if I delete the videos and photos from my iphone then it also deletes from my computer, how do I change this ?
Just copy and paste photos and video from iCloud Photo Library folder to any other folder on your PC, let's say Desktop.
This will ensure that you have on PC and you can still delete it from iPhone. 👍🏼

Great video!! I just bought a new Dell and when I installed iCloud, I had a new option--Passwords with an Approve button. Both are dimmed. What is this for? Also Photos, Options, has only two choices--iCloud Photos and Shared Albums; it does not have iCloud Photo Library (iCloud Photos seems to be the same as this choice, but has a different name); does not have My Photo Stream; does not have Download new photos and videos to my PC; does not have Keep high efficiency original if available; does not have Upload new photos and videos from my PC; does not have iCloud Photo Sharing (Shared Albums seems to be the same as this choice, but has a different name). Thank you for any feedback.
Hey friend, this software is very limited, works automatically in the background. So, don't expect it to do a lot. It's a pretty basic software
@@FriendlyVikas Hi back. Apple changed iCloud for Windows significantly in the last couple of months. I only discovered it when I installed iCloud for Windows on my new PC. My other PCs still look and function as they always did--weird--maybe Apple decided not to push this update automatically since it's so different and can delete any previously downloaded photos, depending upon how you install it. The folders for Download and Upload are totally gone and photo files no longer download to your PC (I could be wrong on this, but my testing proved otherwise). In the iCloud Photos app, you can "see" your photos but that's about it. You are looking at thumbnails and even if you click the photo and open it in a photo editor, an actual file is never saved anywhere that I can fine. The thumbnail can be deleted but it has no effect on your devices or on iCloud. Even if you click the photo and it seems like it has downloaded (the icon changes from a cloud to a checkmark), the photo file has not downloaded. So even so-called "downloaded" files cannot be moved/copied/printed--if your experience is different, I would love to know what I'm doing wrong. So basically IMHO iCloud Photos folder is pretty much useless except to see photo thumbnails. Sometimes I do like that because I use screen shots a lot and it's easy to capture them from these thumbnails. The Passwords option saves any new passwords you create in Chrome to Apple Keychain when you install the iCloud Passwords app in Chrome. I thank you nevertheless for your wonderful video. It needs updating for many options. To get the new version of iCloud, you can open the iCloud app, sign out (which deletes any folders and files you used to have in Downloads that were actually real, downloaded files--so make sure you want to do this), and sign in again. Windows should update your iCloud for Windows software. if it does not, uninstall/reinstall iCloud from Control Panel. I'm trying the Password option but it's a bit cumbersome. I'm enjoying using Microsoft Authenticator more than Keychain. Hope this helps.

Just got an iPad for the wife and wanted to copy the contacts and calendar from my Win10 Pro PC. Went and upgraded from Office 2010 to Office 2019, verified that my emails were still there downloaded and installed iCloud and then noticed that the contacts and calendar on my PC were blank (same as on the iPad). Any idea if the iCloud install or the Outlook upgrade deleted my PC's contacts and calendar?
Can't say it firmly, but Outlook upgrade shouldn't be deleting your contacts, iCloud must have synced contacts and calendar to your Apple ID which was blank on iPad.
I would suggest to visit iCloud website on your PC and look at the section where you can recover deleted contacts and calendar events. If you can find something there, try restoring it 🙆🏻♂️

Hello I need some help as my iphone is dead because of battery problem and I have had an icloud plan of 50GB . And now I want to cancel it. As I don't have any Apple devices , I downloaded iCloud windows 10 on my PC and when I chose to downgrade the plan to 5GB that is free I cant enter the "DONE" button. Why is that happening? Question: When I open my Acer Windows 10 laptop it requires me to sign in, after signing in, it opens to a Desktop background picture/screensaver. Enable iCloud in Messages feature from iPhone settings. It'll store messages on iCloud. It will fall under 5GB free storage so no issues.

Can we sync our albums on iCloud to Windows 10? I would like “My Albums” on my iphone to be on my PC. Can that be done?

I my experience, syncing is very slow.

I opened I cloud at laptop and I could c my all photos & videos but I can't c that in my I phone as there I can see only that my I cloud storage i.e. 5 GB is full. I want my photos & videos ( which I see at I cloud in laptop ) transfer from I cloud to I phone . Please tell how I can do this sir ? Thnx

what if the computer has many users? can i sign out from the software? if i sign out and sign in again will my data be there still? this is to prevent anyone from seeing my photos on the icloud software in my computer
There is no way to hide the data.
You can sign out and sign . Data will be there.
Only thing is it’ll take time to re-download all your data from iCloud. 😅
