@ Cathy - It is very easy 2:1 ratio. We only have 2 of us, we use 1 cup of water or chicken broth to 1/2 cup of Quinoa. To bring out a nutty flavor, toast in a skillet for just a minute before you add it to liquid. It is really versatile. Quinoa is a seed, has great protein and has become our staple.

How many portions of this do you recommend per person?
As far as I know, olive oil doesn't last if heated, coconutoil and macadamiaoil is suitable for that.
