I found the cheap exhaust seemed to make the engine less responsive,
could have all been in my head but we all know our own bikes. Enjoy the ride.

It’s about the same height the tires help though
Todays bikes sound great once you get going but not at idle, grow up you don't need a 1K exhaust just to impress others .

Did you flash the ECU or just throw the new exhaust on and ride? Thinking about getting the scorpion for my 23 and I can’t find anyone online talking about whether the bike needs retuned or not.
Flash, the ECU is a term that actually means nothing. If you go to the manufacturer site, it says this pipe is made to work with the stock fuel tuning.

Sounds WAY better than stock! Is it lighter than the factory exhaust?
Yes, it is about three or 4 pounds. I believe it also adds an extra 1 hp.

I don’t think so even with standard foot pegs I still end up touching the pipe once in a while

you could ride the bike, but you will be a little too tall for it, and it will not be the most comfortable

You would be a little bit tall and cramped in the cockpit, but it is manageable

This bike is too small for me. I feel more comfortable on the Africa twin.

That's something that annoys me cause I like to be able to plant my foot on the ground for security
I used to ride both a Honda dominator and a BMW funduro in the past and both i could step on the ground firmly
I am 5‘8“ tall I can almost put a flat foot down on both sides. I only need a towel on the ground because I have a good balance, and I am almost too big for this bike.
