im thinking that whistle sound is the baffles in the bimodal exhaust , its the sound of the exhaust flow rushing past the bimodal internal flaps .

I think its the bimodal exhaust. It seems to make the same sound on all hsv's when they open the throttle fully.

they have smaller batteries for weight saving. I have the same car with a battery twice as powerful and it starts in half a second.

Yet the FORD FG X 351 does it in 4.6 seconds and supposed to have over 400KW, which again its not about the HP but rather the right gearing ie: both cars are auto and its the last model ie: VF and VF series two which has over 410KW Go figure that one out and the FORD they want over 120K for one and this car will beat its ass off and its still not the top of the range, the Grange is ?

+Renoo_ b No this is the Gen F not the later GEN F2 which is fitted with a supercharger and is considerably faster. It will be my next car; with manual transmission though.
