In case it isn't clear, campfires don't contain the fires while fire pits do.
Also, tab guides are meant to be the basics of basics for beginners wanting to learn about what is in the TABS - not in-depth discussions about the general topic of the tab itself. It's been many, many months since we've done one of these but believe it or not they're some of the better received videos we make, just want to set expectations however! :D

The Beard 777 Dmankaboom is actually my friend on PlayStation. We play Don’t Starve together a lot and he is always nerding out about the damn game, but one request I have is could you possibly do a in depth video over the best characters, Dman and I made a new start involving Webber whom I play while Dman aka the Kaboomer (leader of the boomer armies) goes Wurt. We farm each other’s species and I eat all the meat since Wurt can’t and we get farms going for him. The midnight were pig strat works well for manure but obviously pigs don’t like merms or spiders so it is a little flawed if there is only two people. My question is who is the best combination of characters in Don’t Starve Together.

Klei should make more treeguards for twiggy and spiky trees to give these varieties of trees more attention
I have never cut down a spiky tree,if I had the option I wouldn’t cut down twiggy trees either
Twiggy tree guard gives lots of living twigs,the twigs use:makes a funny high piched noise in the fire,suiting how twiggy trees are useless,though good idea,maby mushroom tree guatds are lunar blossom guards will be cool
Twiggy trees aren’t amazing in my opinion but they can help players that don’t like replanting saplings. Spiky tress can be used as a source of early game charcoal that doesn’t lose to many resources when being scorched and when usually chopped they only give 1 twig and a 20% chance to drop a piece of wood.
@@idontevenknowanymore9796 1st,saplings are better than twiggy trees in all ways and to harvest twiggy trees you need to chop them,and that means its 7 twiggy trees per normal axe,its still bad for woodie as its way quicker to just pick them,also its anoying to have a bunch of twiggy tree stumps everywhere,also the single twig they drop every 10 days or something is useless,also if you want more twigs in winter just use spiky bushes,the health loss aint bad.2nd burning spiky trees is bad as its normaly one tree being burned at a time,its better to just plant a bunch of trees(maby even twiggy trees,but pine trees give more seeds)then just burn them,or you can start a forest fire to save you LOTS of time,just be careful nothing useful thats flamable is inside,also if you get a twiggy world either make a new world or go in caves to get saplings(a new world is better)

Maybe you could make a solo guide? Like about it's defferences with dst, and thing that are unique to it. (Though it probably wouldn't be a quick bit.)

Can you do a guide on world generation and renewability please,also maby base building for all characters, like good wurt bases,good looking bases and things you can do to improve them,like stone fruits for wurts,random decerations,and bases ready to deal with seasons,like spring,because there have been times where i froget a moose nest is near ase,and you know what happens next,also base locations will be nice

I wish you could stick the torch in the ground, because that makes sence and very useful for just quick mining or chopping at night without fearing for the darkness monster. Maybe not in the rocky ground but at least in the dirt

This may not be very interesting but why not tackle the opposite of light, dark? Like how it differs from each game mode (including solo) and how it affects each character like how wilba loses more sanity in it

Personally I think the best source of light isn’t moggles because the sun is way better and you don’t need to refuel it.

Guys equip and unequip your torch and light trees on fire to keep the light when unequipped :) I did a long day game and my torch only lost about 13-20% per night
the endothermic fire. Is need in summer?
I feel like an amazing idea would be an Endothermic lamp that would cost 2 cut stone (or 6 stone) and 4 nitre and 1 electric doo-dad, you can refill it using nitre with at least 18% per nitre.

Are pinecones renewable? What trees drop pinecones? How many uses do they have? Can we get a quick bit on pinecones?
If you want renewable pine cones, chop down tall evergreen trees, not the lumpy ones, but the normal ones because the lumpy ones dont drop pine cones, they just grow out of nowhere.
Can you please tell us what is the crystal before willow next to the endothermic fire at 6:08?
That was a thermal stone, I just have a skin for it is all.

Are depth worms the only way to get glow berries? I created a world on ps4 and turned depth worms off. So would I not be able to make the moggles?
Wait, does turning depth worms off also turn off depth worms that simply spawn in the wilds? If so then shucks... you might be screwed with the moggles friend... 0_o
The Beard 777 I’m not 100% sure. I attempted frantically searching in the wilds the last time I played to try finding the worms but I haven’t found any yet. I guess I should venture further, though it’s a bit hard when you can’t see very far in the darkness 😭

Forgot to mention slurtle slime can be also used to refuel miner hats and lanterns by 10%
