I have a Muslim friend who is using the bidet himself and his family. He said washing the rear, and the front is part of their religion. I always make fun of it because I am used to wiping with paper, and that's it. Once he told me when your done eating your salmon just wipe the plate and smell it!!! It will look clean but yet stinks unless if you wash it, then it will both smell and feels immaculate, the same concept applies to your parts. Anyways, I am still not convinced until he invited me over and tried it my self LIKE OMG!!!! for the first time I feel my butt clean, fresh and there are no hanging objects anymore.

I've a question. I'm moving to the UK this year. I've already booked a shared ensuite room outside my university. In that, 1 bathroom is private to me.
Now I don't know whether I'll be able to install this type of jet spray product in it. And I'm also shy to ask the broker-company (room provider for international students) about whether this will be possible. So what do I do? What if the diameter of the inlet in the toilet water tank is different? I'm worried there are so many unknown uncertain factors! Should I go there and order one or should I take one from my own country (India).

In Finland we have bidet in every household's toilet. Our regulations deny, that there could be same pressure in bidet hose than in distribution pipeline.
So our bidet water goes thru sink tap valve for safety. Bidet does not give water until tap is turned open. Bidet hose cannot handle the higher pressure for decades

@KK P Yep, I would say that. After all, it depends of your bidet hose material pressure resistance ability and distribution pipeline pressure, that how quickly in years it going to burst.

There will always be a bit of water leftover in the water connection hose...
Do you have to switch the toggle on every time you use the sprayer and off to flush the toilet? Or can you leave it on and still flush the toilet?
Chris Tine you can leave it on or off ifyou like. It has a separate lever from the main water line.
There is a separate little lever for the spray gun. It's best to flick it on and off when you use it, as leaving it on creates a constant high water pressure in the gun and can cause it to break. No big deal, it takes a second to open and close.
In Bangladesh we use both toilet paper & sprayer.. can't live without any of these

Srikar Sudarsan Baskara when you install the toilet sprayer it’s the same water that goes to your toilet and sink. You can’t control the temperature, it’s just going to be room temperature.
Then u need a plumber who will take water connection from the geyser, and you will need to buy hot and cold faucet for jet spray. Then you can control temperature.

This type will only be for cold water. You will need a separate hookup for hot water connection.

I connected the converter correctly but when I turn on the water supply..water shot out where the nut meets the converter body. That space between the nut and main converter body. Very frustrated. Could it be defective?
Brent Peterson sorry to hear that! Was the rubber o-ring in the right place? They can easily fall out during installation. Those help keep a good seal for the water.
No the o-rings were in. Water shot out where the nut connects to the main body of the converter. Not where the nut threads onto the tank pipe. I don't understand why.

Yes I am facing the same issue. The nut isn't fixed to the T-valve body and the water shoots out from where the nut meets the T-valve. Shouldn't the top nut attach to the T-valve without any airgaps? Mine rotates freely.
Water also shoots out from below the water supply line's nut. Tried and gave up after two hours of struggling.

Gaurav Avhad good question. Each sprayer will have a different toggle lever. Some are on the handle. Some are on the conversion attachment by the hose connection.

The part that connects to the toilet leaks, what should I do? I used the Teflon tape but it still leaks
ShyGabby couple of options. Make sure your screwed it on correctly so it’s smooth and not at an angle. Another thing that happens is if you Twist too much, the opposite piece inside the toilet tanks loosens which holds the seal and pressure tight. Try taking off the hose, make sure the piece from the tank is tight, then try adding the hose again.
Can i bring this thing to install this spray jet when im in a public toilet for while using toilet then I'll replace back once I done use public toilet??? If can it might be easier to hang out everywhere in weekend cuz im a muslim and muslim can't use paper unless urgent we use toilet paper in a certain situation
No, that would be really difficult to do
I don't know if you've found a solution yourself yet, but I may have one. If you search on Amazon for "portable travel bidet" look for the one that is USB rechargable. I've been using this for more than 1 year because I knew we would be moving home and I didn't want to have to remember to un-plumb a sprayer before moving. When the portable bidet is packed to carry, it only stands about 6 inches/15cm tall. To use, unscrew the motorised sprayer from the water reservoir, fill the reservoir to the line with water, attach the reservoir to the sprayer, extend the sprayer arm and press the button to start the water. It definitely is less water and pressure than the one in the video provides, but if you need one that you can use in absolutely any place in a toilet/restroom or even outdoors (as long as you have access to some water source) - this item is a very good option. I use mine multiple times daily and each charge lasts more than 1 week.

@@chaiandcoaching the part that connects to the toilet..I don't know any technical names. I tried using the plumber's tape but the space around there is really narrow.
Translator I’ve noticed that when screwing the conversion piece and hose on, it can sometime twist the plastic piece that comes down from the water tank. Look in and under the tank and make sure that piece is tight and flush and didn’t move when you were connecting the other pieces.
