Hello Doctor my 9 month has started but still suffering from morning sickness. I hv not done any exercises so far as i get tired very soon from my household work only. This is my second pregnancy n i hv conceived immediately 3 months after my fibroid surgery . Pls advise wether can i do this exercise now or just walk will help. I have been watching all your videos ..This is my 9month going on.. I had my sonogram. The weight of the baby shows 2009kg + - 233 gms also the growth is restricted. Doctor said baby is small. She has told me to have an apple daily and also milk products . M a bit worried..
