I feel like it’s too late for me to start dance. I really want to do competitive dance but all of the groups I could join need previous dance experience. I did do dance at 4-7 but I’m 13 now.
Girl I'm right there with you...Hate inversions but tried this and it wasn't bad...No panic or freak out 😅🙈 so here's me cheering you on, you got this!!!😊
Literally suprised myself ...Thank you 😊!!! I hate being upside down so any type of inversion is a hard pass for me but this didn't send me into a panic and I'm stronger than I thought so thank you ❤❤
Thank you so much for sharing. I so enjoy your way of teaching and especially transitioning that helps me get into difficult positions in a much easier way. I appreciate you so much.
WOW ! Incredible!! I’m taking classes and believe me! They don’t teach like you. Thank you so much for taking your time to teach. Blessings to you and your program.

Charlie , love this tutorial. Would you be able to do a similar one for standing split? I just can’t seem to raise my non-standing leg ! Unsure if it is flexibility issue or incorrect posture. Would appreciate tips.
Be careful and wash your feet, I managed to get footprints on my white wall 🤣😭
Haha yes 👆
Instruction should be "Wash your feet" instead of "watch your feet".
It gives your walls....character. Your fine.

make sure you have full mobility in your shoulders. If you don't, you'll put too much strain on the lower back. Ask me how I know ;(
