  • Pretty much everyone uses their devices in bed at this point. Who can wake up without first checking the weather and reading their morning emails? But troubles can arise when we spend hours at a time laying in bed on our laptops, phones, tablets, etc. With many of us working from home, it can be very tempting to just hang out in bed all day. But without the proper setup, you might find that your body starts aching and you just can't get comfortable. So if you're going to work in bed, check out Dr. Lin's favorite way to do it safely!
