I tell people that, although babies can’t hear everything from the outside, they most definitely feel the vibrations of music. If the mother is happy, the baby will be too. Babies don’t just receive nutrients from the mother but also sense hormonal shifts. Extreme hormonal changes early on can negatively affect the pregnancy and lead to complications. When a woman is constantly stressed, it can impact the baby. When humans are stressed, adrenaline and cortisol are released into the body, which is a normal response. However, for pregnant women, excessive stress can make the baby overly stressed as well. Much of the baby’s experience in the womb is linked to the mother, both positively and negatively. Even though I’m a 20-year-old guy, I have been interested in biology and other topics since I was a teen and even as a child. I understood some of this on my own, despite being partially mute for most of my childhood due to my autism. I knew many things but never shared them until I started speaking more. When I see a stressed pregnant woman, I get worried because it can affect not just her health but the overall pregnancy and the baby.
@@Illbeyourfriend05 Well, that's still not good for the pregnancy. When you get overly stressed easily, it's not guaranteed that you will have a horrible pregnancy, but the chances of complications can increase. That's why it's recommended to avoid environments that stress you out. The moment stress makes you snap, it won’t just affect the baby; it can also lead to health issues for you. When it comes to women in stressful environments or dealing with difficult people, your body and hormones shift to accommodate the pregnancy, which can affect you in various ways. It’s generally advised to avoid such situations. If your husband or loved ones know you are pregnant and cause you stress despite you expressing your concerns, it might be best to temporarily distance yourself from them, even if it affects your relationship. You should surround yourself with supportive people and do your best to stay positive. When stress impacts your pregnancy, it can lead to worse cramps, a lower quality of life, and in some cases other serious complications.
@@Illbeyourfriend05Well, in that situation, you need to seek someone to help you stay calm, like a midwife or another professional. How are they not scared to open their eyes and see they’re inside an uterus 😭😭😭 if us as grown ups would lose our sh1t. I’m pregnant and more amazed every day with these precious babies
They'll be scared "to death" when seeing the OUTSIDE of womb (if people crab their bodies, hurt them, make noises and fast moves, prevent them from getting milk; anything that makes a newborn cry, is terror.) EDIT: it takes several months for eyesight to develop, but babies feel their surroundings anyway.
If you grew up everyday without a house you wouldn’t be terrified of not having a house right? like what. We are animals, why would a baby be terrified.
true so true I mean if they sleep so much outside the womb it only makes sense they need the same amount of sleep inside the womb to it's only logical🤣
Call me crazy but my memories go so far back that I do actually remember being in the womb. I was about 6 months into being in there and saw my hands for the first time in front of me. I was kinda playing with them a bit. I was breached the entire duration of gestation so it would make sense that I remember sitting up. I then heard a woman say, “Baby girl looks healthy! All looks great! Just a few more months and she’ll be here!” On December 8th 1995, I heard commotion, saw black, red, then white, a few males doctors. Next thing I remember, I was handed to a lady with a short blonde ponytail who was now carrying me (to get weighed) and she said, “Welcome to the world!” with a big smile on her face. That was the nurse. And that was the first thing ever said to me. Oh and It was a cesarean section as well. I’ve had these memories my entire life. If you think it’s all bullshit, this should eliminate that: Low and behold, I finally told my mother this, and she gasps. She goes, “Honey I gotta show you somethin’!” She pulls out a photo of the moment I was born, and….RIGHT THERE…carrying me WAS THE NURSE WITH THE SHORT BLOND PONYTAIL. The doctors has handed me right over to her. I had NEVER seen that picture before or been told anything about the exact moment I was born except that I came out super wide eyed and it was such a peaceful moment. Never about the nurse!! But that confirmed by memory was real. So yes babies are absolutely aware.
It's also been shown in a study that if you shine 3 lights 2 at the top 1 at the bottom like 2 eyes and a nose a baby will respond like they do once born when they see a face. They don't react in the same way if the lights are 1 at the top but 2 at the bottom. Note..... (I saw this on a doctors short, so I'm only retelling what their video said)
As a first time mom I'm getting scared if I can't feel her move that much , so what I did everytime I wanted to check if she's ok I turn on the flashlight at my belly and she starts kicking 😂 . And now I'm chasing her . She keeps on running since she learned to walk on her own ❤❤
This is weird but till today I do remember seeing when I was in the womb. After being born I would explain and demonstrate to my mom when I was little that it looked like when you keep your eyes open and you cover them up with your hands while looking up into the sun, I remember having no thoughts at all while seeing that, just the images of it. But the memory stuck with me back then, enough for me to talk about it all the time once I learned the words, I guess it looked pretty amazing in my eyes. It was the first thing I ever saw.
I'm 29 weeks and my daughter has started responding to touch. At our last checkup, every time the doc put the Doppler on my stomach, she would kick it. 😂😂 It took forever to get her heartbeat because she kept playing with the machine which, in turn, caused me to start cracking up.
I don't really know for sure if this was a memory from when I was in the womb but I remember seeing like a red sky and a desert, that was probably my closed eyes picking up on light?
